This 3K sq. ft. mid-century home is on its own 144-foot HUGE private sand beach on Pensacola Bay just minutes from famous Palafox St. This fabulous property has beach chairs & toys, a firepit, kayaks & unparalleled Florida fun just around the corner from fun bars, breweries, restaurants, ferries, culture, etc., etc., etc.

The immaculate Bay House is the only vacation rental in Pensacola that is right on its own large private beach just feet from Pensacola Bay. Walk out your back door and you are literally right there…on the sand beach and wading in the clean salt water. The beach has its own fire pit surrounded by six Adirondack chairs to sit and roast marshmallows, watch fireworks many Friday’s and Saturday’s, and chill with a cold drink with your toes in the sand.

Collect seashells and sea glass on the beach or swim or wade right from your own beach. Take the kayaks out for a ride around the bay or to nearby Bayou Chico to see the million dollar yachts as you pass pelicans, dolphins and other sea-life.

On many Tuesdays and Wednesdays in season, you can watch the famous Blue Angels F-18 Super Hornets practicing their highflying stunt maneuvers right in front of the Bay House. This property is DEFINITELY one-of-a-kind for an unforgettable and unmatched beach experience ever.

Amazing vacation for the parents! The beautiful space, private beach, ability to watch the Blue Angels practice, and proximity to fantastic restaurants would be hard to top!! Hosts are wonderful and very responsive.

This is the most beautiful home in the most beautiful location. We absolutely fell in love with the whole area but the beach was beyond description. We had a fabulous, sunny week there and cannot wait to return. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone was so friendly. The hosts always responded immediately if we had a question and were very kind. My new favorite place!

Husband and I stayed 3 nights and adult son and girlfriend stayed the next 3 nights. Close to downtown and Pensacola Beach but prefer the private beach at venue. This was our third stay and plan to continue visiting this location.

Senior Beach Party

Excellent location. Private Beach was awesome for Seniors. We loved the view. We liked the privacy since we are older and didn’t have to deal with wild and crazy beach goers!!

Private beach!

Great place for family time! The house is located close to downtown, the beach, and NAS Pensacola so there are lots of options of things to do. The Blue Angels show is a must see! Having firewood provided for a beach bonfire was very appreciated. There is also a little cottage you can rent that is super cute. Donna is very helpful and easy to contact.

Don't miss this gem!

This gem of a house/location did not disappoint! The house was wonderful, the views were spectacular, and the host was super friendly and accommodating! We vacation in Florida every year and hope to move there in the very near future, this was one of the best houses and locations we have stayed at! If you are a fan of the Blue Angels, they will fly right over the house! Thank you, Donna, for sharing your home with us and for being so kind and courteous! We will defiantly be coming back!

Adorable beach house

Loved staying here, the owners provided a lot of extra things (beach toys, bikes, kayaks, firewood ). Loved that we could just walk out the back door to the water. Family loved being able to have a fire on the beach. Lots of great restaurants close by. We would stay again.

Perfect beach for young kids

The backyard of this property is amazing.. private beach, water toys, & plenty of beach chairs. Great location - close to airport and nice restaurants and kids playground is only 2 blocks away!

A Pensacola Gem

From the beginning stages of planning to our last day, Donna made our stay in Pensacola beyond wonderful. She was thoughtful, prompt to respond, and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We took advantage of biking through the neighborhood, exploring downtown Pensacola, and of course enjoying the beautiful private beach. Our family watched the Blue Angels practice and dolphins play right outside the back porch. The kids had an excellent time looking for crabs and exploring the sand bar. Pro Tip - visit Joe Patti’s and order shrimp and crabs steamed “Donna’s way”- order medium to large peeled shrimp with tails on. At check out, ask them to steam them with medium spice and extra lemons. You won’t regret it!! Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you Donna!

Joe graduated from University of Southern Mississippi (B.A, ’79) with degrees in Real Estate and Finance. Meeks is President of Coastal Machinery Company; President/Owner of Coastal Rentals Company; Pres./Owner/CEO of Go Go Billboards, L.L.C. Involvement includes Kubota National Advisory Board; VP Pensacola Propeller Club; Assoc. of General Contractors; Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association; Experimental Aircraft Assoc.; Kappa Sigma Alumni Assoc.; Co-Founder/Board of Dir. Kubota South; Univ. of FL Agricultural Research Center Board; & Institute of Food & Agricultural Science.

Donna is a retired educator with degrees from The University of Southern Mississippi (B.A. '81), William Carey University (M.Ed '98), and National Board Certification in Early Childhood Education (’03). She is owner and CEO of Meeks Industries; owner and proprietor-The French Townhouse, LLC and The Bay House, LLC. Donna is a contributing author for the “Official International Kubota Dealer Guidelines” & adviser to Kubota N. America. In 2014, Donna's Kubota Showroom Design was selected Kubota Tractor Corporation as the N. American standard for Kubota dealerships. Also instrumental in Kubota's Mobile advertising, Kubota's N. American Marketing chose her design as the official Kubota vehicle wrap and Chain Barrel Display were incorporated nationally in 2015. Donna is 'WEEN DREAM Florida's Project Leader, a 501(c)(3) providing Halloween costumes to children in need. Memberships include Impact100 Pensacola, Powerful Women of the Gulf Coast, Pensacola Propeller Club, Delta Gamma Alumni, Gulf Coast Educ. Foundation; & Les Masquees Mardi Gras Association.

From the large private patio, watch the Blue Angels, America's Cup boat & dolphins play. We provide 3 kayaks, 4 bikes, beach toys, life jackets for fun swimming & playing in the bay. Watch fireworks from your own beach most Friday nights that are shot off at the Blue Wahoo's stadium 1.3 miles away. This property is close to everything! You don't have to drive to the beach or fight traffic because you have your very own private beach on beautiful Pensacola Bay right out your back door. The Blue Angels practice right in front of the property most Tuesdays and Wednesdays beginning at 11:30 am. The famous America's Cup sailboat, American Magic, trains right off the beach during certain seasons. This property's location is totally UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
