Beautiful, recently renovated 3-star apartment facing Boccacabana beach and its promenade.
It is located on the 1st floor of a secure luxury residence with caretaker, elevator and parking.
Superb view of the bay of Cannes.
When you return from the beach, a bowling green and tennis courts are at your disposal in the residence.
And on the promenade you can enjoy a fitness area.
Cannes is 4km and Mandelieu 1km.
Bus line 22 at the foot of the building and free shuttle from mid-June to mid-September.
Nice airport is 30 minutes away.
Car recommended.
