Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00 Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve. Max weight of 25 lbs. on all pets per Grand Panama HOA

Flawless and relaxing!

A great little 2 bedroom condo on the 17th floor. The view was splendid from the oversized balcony. Our little dog was also quite at home. The pool was reasonably warm and the hot tub was very warm. This rental is a true value.

The perfect place to relax.

The perfect place! We had a great time watching sunrises and sunsets. The beach was awesome. The pool was super nice and the views were stunning. The place was very clean and was exactly what was represented. Mitch was incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. It was also a great value. Thanks so much will be back.

Great Condo

Great place clean and well maintained. Bring your own beach stuff or rent chairs from the beach vendors condo does not come with any beach amenities but we knew that going in. Great views and updated condo.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the start, communication with Mitch was fantastic, fast, friendly, and super helpful. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the location of the condo, and how easy it was to check in. Everything in the listing was exactly as described, all the amenities were there and worked perfectly. Our favorite was the balcony, it was spacious enough for all five of us to sit together and soak in the stunning views. It was a great experience! We will definitely stay again.

Great!

This was a great place! I would give it 4 1/2 out of five stars. The only drawback was the grand Panama band that everyone is obligated to wear that once you put on you cannot take off. It kept getting tighter and tighter and tighter throughout the trip. But we were able to go to the front desk in the nearby tower and exchange it. So it was not a big deal. But on a positive side, the view was absolutely amazing and everything was very comfortable and I highly recommended!There were queen sheets, I think on the king bed. Which was not a big deal at all.I had a few questions that I communicated to the property manager about and the responses were prompt, professional, and positive
