This brand new, beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath OCEANFRONT home is situated on a 3+ acre private peninsula in Big Pine Key offering 2,500+ square feet of spacious, new living space, plus an additional 800 sqft of covered oceanfront decks/porches/balconies.

Our dream kitchen features an 8-seat, 9’ x 5’ quartz island with ocean views abounding. Our great room includes (2) 8’ sliders that pour open to covered deck space featuring one-of-a-kind panoramic ocean views. Gaze at the water from every room in the house. (2) Master bedrooms offer ample space for you and your family. The upstairs master features a private balcony and a luxury soaker tub. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds, ocean views and large windows.

Enjoy over 3 acres of private, professionally landscaped oceanfront property. The adjacent boat basin includes a new 45' composite decking dock for single boats up to 35’ in length or two boats/vessels totaling 50’ in length. Enjoy one of the (6) kayaks we offer, including smaller kids kayaks. Take a casual bike ride on one of our (5) brand new beach cruisers.

Our home is pristine, bright, open, airy and well appointed with a 55” UHD Smart Roku TV, several 24” Amazon Fire TVs and lightning fast 300MB/s internet. Enjoy free Roku and Amazon offerings, or log into your favorite streaming accounts. Full kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer and patios looking both east and west to enjoy both sunrise and sunset.

Our family has owned this land since 1972. We have enjoyed the property for 4 generations. In 2017, Hurricane Irma destroyed our original home. It was devastating. A total loss. At the time, we did not have hurricane/flood insurance on the property. God, however, has been abundantly generous to us and after nearly 4 years, we are pleased to share with you our newly rebuilt home.

We absolutely love Big Pine Key and our new home. We hope you create as many wonderful memories as we have over the years. Enjoy and God Bless.

Since Hurricane Irma, we have poured our hearts, soul, sweat and tears into rebuilding a truly magnificent, one-of-a-kind masterpiece. One of the largest, private estates in the Keys, we believe our property and our home is truly one of the most special places on earth. We have taken great care to rebuild to the highest standards, add exciting new amenities and offer a place where memories can be made and the soul can find rest.

Brand new home. Every possible upgrade and amenity. The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular from every room (including bedrooms). Balconies, decks and wrap-around porches offer the best views in the Keys. Master bedroom upstairs as well as on main floor. Magazine quality kitchen. Key deer visit the property daily, as well as many other wonderful natural island birds and animals. Fish from the yard. Bring your boat. Swim in our oceanfront pool. Explore the island and waters with one of our bikes or kayaks. The area and property is extremely quiet and private. Old Wooden Bridge Marina is steps away, as is No Name Pub.
