We had a wonderful stay at the beach. The condo was very clean. We absolutely loved relaxing on the balcony overlooking the beach and watching the beautiful sunrise. My 80 year old mother-in-law truly enjoyed her stay and having an elevator to get her to the second floor. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful room and hosts. This is the second year in a row that we stayed here and loved it just as much! They were working on the beach when we came this year, but it did not hinder anything for our stay.

The room is/was great. Clean, roomy, all the necessities. HOWEVER the fact that the elevator for the upper floors was, FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW was/is inoperable. Nowhere in the on line listing was this mentioned!I have to admit I MADE A MISTEKE in not remembering this fact from LAST YEAR; Otherwise I would NEVER HAVE RETURNED! And shan't in the future.Considering this lack of information I doubt I will ever trust VRBO with any future lodging...anywhere.

The property was perfect! The view was unbeatable. I really enjoyed watching the sunrises and all of the dolphins swim by every day! Close to many stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

This is one of our favorite places. Great location, great view! Host is very responsive and onsite contacts are and available every time we visit. If anything is a negative… the elevator has been broken for two years. Hope next year it’s fixed so unloading and loading will be better. With all the great food we ate while visiting.. we needed to use the stairs anyway! Will revisit for years to come. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

This was a great stay. Loved the view from the living room as well as main bedroom. We had everything we needed for preparing breakfast and lunch each day. I loved that it wasn't just a well stocked kitchen - the quality of the items was higher than many bnb stays we haveexperienced. Great location, small market nearby. Easy beach walk to Jeanette's Pier. We definitely would stay here again.

The view was amazing! Unbeatable. Nights on the balcony were so relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked and linens provided took one less thing off our shoulders to pack. The elevator was out of service which of course is out of everyone’s control- things happen! But a new one is coming in.

Absolutely loved this place! We had a girls trip and it was perfect ! The condo was as clean , smelled good , kitchen stocked with a great variety of things !! The view was amazing and the short walk to the beach was perfect !! I had an issue with locking my keys in the condo and the response was amazing !! They text back and had another key within minutes that we could use !! The only issue was the elevator was not working and the luggage carrier worked when we got there but not when we left. This is not a problem with the condo we stayed in so I do not see it as a negative !! You will not go wrong with this rental property!

Right out of the gate I'd rate it 5 stars. Great location, very clean condo, well equipped kitchen, but I'd take away 1 1/2 stars for various things. The elevator still was not operational even though it was being work on for 2 of the days we were there. The pools were just opened the last couple of days of our stay, and the biggest thing, the owner of the condo above us is doing renovations to his condo during most of the week (during the day 8am-4pm fortunately) and it was quite loud inside, and even on the beach outside. Understanding he had the right to do that, but it happened during our vacation.

Our family has stayed here for the past 3 years and we love it!! Let's just say that in addition to the beautiful view and great location, the caretakers and owner will do everything to make your visit amazing. Mike and Lisa are truly wonderful people. They make sure you have everything you need throughout your stay and even check in on you to see how things are going. We spend most of our time (12 hours/ day) exploring the OBX, but our special time is in the morning to watch the sunrise and the evenings to just listen to the waves. We are already planning to come back for our 4th year in a row!

Absolutely loved the central location and the Condo. The weather let us down, but we had a great time, enjoyed local restaurants and a-lot of seafood! Plan to visit and re-book again in the future.
