My newly built, two story guesthouse is located on the same property as my home in a residential neighborhood, yet affords you complete privacy with private entrance and your own private patio and garden. Full kitchen, living room, full bath, and bedroom. Airy and light filled with many modern touches. Walking distance to many restaurants, a theater, shopping and the bus stop. Walk score of 84!

No firearms, candles, or fireworks. No shoes in the guesthouse for the sake of the new hardwood floors. Marijuana can not be stored in the guesthouse.
Keep noise levels reasonable and quiet after 10 pm. Bedrooms face the driveway, please be extra quiet in this area.

Wonderful place

What a nice place to stay in Portland. While we mainly stayed there for sleeping, all the amenities were there and we it was comfortable. It is within walking distance of a grocery store, several coffee shops, and bus connection to many stores (without going downtown).

A Portland Plus

Beautiful new structure. We appreciated the little extras such as, shampoos, soaps, lotion. There are brand new wood floors, pack non slip slippers or socks, because you will be asked to take your shoes off and it’s very slippery. 👍🏻

Absolutely the best place to stay in Portland!

If we could give this VRBO more than 5 stars we would! Loved the convenient location and the beautiful accommodations. The fact that it is a modern and beautifully furnished apartment style home away from home is what makes it such a perfect place for us to stay. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Portland! Thanks Kim for going out of your way to help us with our reservation!

Pristine and tastefully appointed

Quiet, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable Roseway 1 brm one block from Safeway on Sandy Blvd. Ample street parking. Not a scratch anywhere. Well supplied kitchen. Separate structure behind main home. TV in upstairs bedroom only. We found there was no dresser or hanging rack place to put clothes, or bench for suitcases, so they are on the floor. And you'll need to clean up the kitchen before leaving, which is not hard. Otherwise we had a perfect stay.

Home away from home

My partner and I had a lovely stay here! Clean and well appointed with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bathroom. No lack of privacy with plenty of greenery. Would stay here again :)
