Fantastic Condo for Small Groups

We loved Mark’s place — the grounds are beautiful, the condo is clean and very well appointed, and the location near the La Quinta Resort was perfect for syncing up with friends.

Great Villa and Close to Pool and Gym

Overall an excellent stay at Mark's place. He is very helpful and responsive. His place is lovely, clean, has 2 great porches and importantly was close to the lap pool, gym as I was recovering from an injury so my mobility was more limited. We would stay here again!

Spring break trip

Legacy Villas is a great resort with access to everything - pools, golf, tennis, food, shopping etc. The property is in a great location at the resort. It is cute and comfortable and suited our group of 5 perfectly. We liked being on the ground floor with easy access to the main pool and a smaller one right next to it. Enjoyed walking to the cute town of La Quinta and sitting on the patio in the evenings. Would highly recommend this property as we enjoyed our stay immensely.

We came to play golf in the desert and this was the perfect location. The condo is so clean, beds comfy and the jacuzzi is a short walk down the path. Parking was also easy

Wonderful property

The Legacy Villas are a great place to stay. This unit was close to the pool but far enough away to not have the noise from the guests utilizing the pools. I would stay again. The owner was quick responding to any questions. The beds, sheets and comforter were very comfortable.

Exactly as described, possibly better!

Great stay, everything worked very smoothly. Suite is very spacious, having the 2 separated bedrooms with living area in between is very convenient. No glitches, all very efficient, suite well stocked!

Perfect Location!

We loved staying at the property! Everything was as described. Host was very easy to talk too. Unit was very clean and everything was easy to use. The location was so close to the main pool and clubhouse with relaxation hammocks close by too. We will be back for sure! Thank you Mark for a wonderful stay.
