Appartement Neuf Bord de Plage

New apartment of 60m2 with a terrace of 20m2 (+ 1 private parking space) combining a beachfront and contemporary style, very bright, located 100m from the beach of the Grande Conche and close to the shops of the city center.
The apartment has a large living room with a living room and a kitchen/dining room. You can find a comfortable sofa in the living room and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a wine cellar for service.
The terrace consists of a lounge area and a part dedicated to dining. It is planted with trees for its warm side.
You will have at your disposal 2 bedrooms, one with a large bed of 160, a TV, as well as a work area. The other consists of 2 small beds of 90. Bed linen and towels are provided.
In the bathroom, there is a walk-in shower, as well as the laundry room. The toilet is independent.
For baby equipment, please let the host know in advance, it will be at your disposal.

Top class. Very well equipped and tastefully decorated apartment. Underground parking a boon. Very well located for easy access to beach and brasseries. A pleasure to stay there. Hostess extremely pleasant and helpful.

Excellent séjour dans un très bel appartement

L appartement est vraiment comme annoncé; neuf et très bien situé: nous avons oublié la voiture pendant ces quelques jours.La propreté est irréprochable et l accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux.Adresse à conserver et à recommander.

Très joli appartement

Appartement neuf, a deux pas de l'océan, avec toutes les commodités. Très bien agencé. Personne très sympathique, nous avons été très bien accueilli. La place de parking est un plus dans le centre de Royan. Merci pour ce très bon séjour

Magnifique appartement avec meubles de qualite, décoré avec goût, très fonctionnel et confortable. Sa situation géographique permet de tout faire à pieds. L'appartement était très propre et nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux. Nous y retournerons très volontiers et nous recommandons sans aucune restriction

Appartement tout neuf parfait pour 4

Super T3 avec 2 chambres et un grand balcon dans une résidence qui est encore en cours de livraison d’appartements. Emplacement à 2’ de la plage, parfaitement équipé. Météo particulièrement clémente, nous avons passé un super séjour.
