Modern House is one of two luxurious, oceanfront rentals in our La Palmeraie Harbour Island collection. This magnificent, modern villa boasts nearly 12,000 square feet of elegant living space encompassing 9 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms & 2 half bathrooms. It will sleep up to 18 adults.
The home’s oceanfront location offers unobstructed views of the turquoise blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and direct backyard access to Harbour Island’s famous ‘Pink Sand’ beach.

La Palmeraie Villa 2 is our newest property on Harbour Island, finishing development in the fall of 2021. It's a modern first-class retreat that combines the amenities of a luxury resort and the intimacy of a private villa. Be one of the first guests to stay in the newest and most luxurious vacation rental on Harbour Island!
This stunning beachfront villa includes the following: daily maid service, two chef-prepared meals a day (Breakfast and choice of lunch or dinner. Groceries and beverages are not included), two 4-person golf carts, spa/sauna, movie theatre, fitness room, office, infinity-edge pool, rooftop deck with a jacuzzi, and much more!
