This 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath luxury estate sits directly on the harbor, providing PANORAMIC OCEANFRONT VIEWS and breathtaking sunsets. Guests enjoy the rare combination of BAYFRONT LIVING and EASY PINK SANDS BEACH ACCESS — just a 5-minute walk or golf cart ride away, where private palapas and luxury loungers await.

Rick and Lisa Anderson are from Des Moines, Iowa and you will feel their warm Midwest hospitality throughout your stay. Buttonwood is their favorite place on the planet, and they have been making memories there with their four adult children and four grandchildren since 2017. Lisa is a designer who has paid attention to every detail, and Rick is an engineer who makes certain every system performs well. They love their island community and were part of a small group who founded the Harbour Island Trade School in 2019, which has graduated 400 plus students and continues to grow. They have hired a dedicated team of exceptional employees to care for their properties and their guests. They find pleasure in sharing their home with other groups and families.

We love our spot on the bay where it is quiet, but the scenery is constantly changing. You can watch visiting turtles and passing boats from the dock, house or pool. When you enter through our gates, you feel like you are in a secluded island paradise. When you seek energy and activity, it is available to you in all forms just a few minutes away. Private Palapas and luxury beach furniture is available to you on the Pink Sands beach. You have access to the best of both worlds, the bay and the beach, which is completely unique at this price point.
