The condo was wonderful. We love the reclining couch so we both could enjoy the view. The bed was comfortable. I bought a blow dryer for the condo because it didn’t have one. Also no scissors in the kitchen or salt and pepper. Glad it had a washer and dryer not many of these unit have them. Nice unit I would definitely rent again.

Good location with excellent view. The condo was adequate though it lacked some of the things I am accustomed to with VRBO properties. The unit was also hot and noisy.

This is the first time I've stayed in this particular unit, but I have stayed in the complex many times. True to form, the suites do get stuffy in the summer, and the only way to get any fresh air is to open the sliding door and the only window in the unit, which is in the bedroom looking onto the entry walkway. So folks can see/hear you as they go by. However, it's a really strong and effective wind tunnel once you do that, and the suite stays fresh that way. The furnishings and appointments were lovely. My only problem was that some of the basics (hand soap, dish soap, etc.) were hard to find, and the dishwasher has this really shallow 3rd rack at the top for cutlery, which I didn't locate until the end of my stay. So I went a whole week without a good chef's blade, as it was hiding up in there. But those things are more housekeeping decisions than owner matters. Speaking of non-owner decisions, I was traveling on business. While working, I got a text from Oregon Beach Vacations asking me to stop dropping things from the balcony. I responded promptly to let them know that no one was in the suite at that time. About 5 minutes later, while taking a business call, the management office left a voice mail. It took me about an hour to get the matter resolved. It bugged me most because the fact that they were accusing me indicates that they didn't even go out to the site to confirm the report before bothering me. Work or vacation, no one wants on unnecessary call like that!

Very clean!

The condo was very clean and just as pictured. The elevator and luggage racks were a nice bonus! Great beach access and beautiful view. Only negative was the hwy noise, but that wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.

sand, tides, and seals

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a really comfortable condo with an excellent view of Siletz Bay and its remarkable tides. It's a great base for exploring Lincoln City and environs, with way more beautiful beaches and hikes than we could get to in four days. The place is generally well equipped and made for a very enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay. We will be back!

Some minor issues. No TV in bedroom, the lamp in living room didn't work, and no fans in any room. It was very stuffy the 1st night, but we opened the window and screen door. Also left them open all weekend which helped. Overall we loved it and would be back again!

We were unable to access the property! There was no lockbox at the property and hence we could not complete the booking we made. When we called the managing agent, they stated that it had been recently redecorated, that the lockbox must have been removed and that they did not have a key. Very odd, given that they were supposed to have prepared the property for our stay, which clearly they didn't. The property manager relocated us to a different property that was over 35 minutes away and was further from Depoe Bay (where our vacation was to be based). The replacement property was a town house with no view whatsoever, a major reason for selecting the original condo in the first place. While the agent did find an alternative, their lack of a reasonable apology for a property that should never have been advertised fell well short of what should have then happened. We had no choice but to accept the replacement property, albeit that we would never have chosen that property to book. Very disappointed and we are looking for compensation for this booking.

Condo was very hot and couldn’t cool it down. Fan was old and barely worked. View is a partial view but birds built a nest on patio and pooped all over it and we couldn’t sit out there without getting pooped on which was upsetting as that is our favorite place to spend time on. Sink had issues and the water was extremely hot. Kitchen had very little amenities unlike the other condos we have stayed in there. No blow dry either was just an all over unhappy experience. Will not stay in that unit again. Also screen doors sticks and hard to open.

Nice property

The condo was nice. The only reason for us not giving 5 stars is that it was a bit short on little things: only 1 silverware knife, 1/2 roll of tpaper, highway noise. We still enjoyed our stay!

As advertized

The pictures were actually from that property and from its balcony so it was as expected, a little close to the highway(noise) but nice view. There were some items that had been overlooked in upkeep but nothing big,( light bulbs out, clock dead, missing smoke detector) but the place was nice and enjoyable.

Good with a few complaints.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was fine. While the complaints didn’t ruin our vacation I’ll mention them because in all of my house rentals I’ve never quite experienced this. We arrived tired from 10 hour drive car loaded with refrigerator items groceries the week etc., opened the door to a completely un cleaned condo. Had to vacate for another 2 hours until they cleaned it. They were kind enough to refund cleaning fee. Then no instructions no Internet and not a single TV hooked to any signal. The thing that wizzed us off the most is they said they would send someone over when they could. I already had a 2 hour late check in and didn’t want to sit around waiting for maintenance man when they had no idea when he would come. They asked if he could enter when we were not there. I said no! I’d like a call when he comes and I’d meet him. But he entered our condo when we were gone anyway without our permission. Not cool! So our family owns property management companies and private rentals. I give this management company a thumbs down on their handling. But liked the location.
