Nice, but could be more welcoming
The home was very nice. The property manager could be more friendly when speaking to guest.
Issues:
1) We were notified that the pool heater was not working and would be reimbursed the pool fee which was $120, we were only given $70.
2) I requested early check in weeks in advanced, that was never given.
3) When we arrived, we were not given the code to open the door. When I contacted management, he appeared annoyed that I called.
4) We were not given the Wifi until we called to request it, again management was not friendly with this phone call.
5) Sheets on the beds were very cheap and constantly came off throughout the night. For the price, you can buy better sheets.
Suggestions:
Put k-cup and cream out for your guest
Don't insist that guest clean towels
put a sponge for doing the dishes we had to buy this
have full rolls of paper towels we had to buy some
Provide more detergent for washers.
The little touches go a long way to make a stay great.
