Very peaceful area with ocean view. The condo was very clean with a beautiful coastal design. Had communication with the host, condominium manger as well as Oasis VRBO who were very helpful and very knowledgeable and informative. Close to restaurants and other places of interest. Totally enjoyed our time there and hope to revisit in the future. Thank you for a wonderful visit.John and Tammy

We had a great stay at this unit! We loved the pool! The condo had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Very clean and comfortable. One teeny tiny suggestion, the bathroom in the master could use a shade or curtain because the light from the outside hallway shines in all night.

4th floor offers good view of Gulf from balcony. Balcony access from living room and master bedroom. Did not expect condiments , but essentials were there. Quiet room. Comfortable furniture and bed. Pool is relatively large and relaxing for soaking. Door a little finicky to open and close smart lock, but fine after some practice. I did not use it but pullout bed from sofa really a plus.

Very nice condo

We enjoyed the condo. The pool was great. Not crazy about the ocean water in the Keys but that has no reflection on the condo itself.

2nd time

2nd time we stayed in this apartment. On both stays we had a lovely and relaxing time. Apartment is spacious and comfortable and the balcony has a nice sea view.

Hidden gem

The property was very nice. The pool was consistently maintained, and heated. The private beach had grills, games, such as badminton and cornhole. There was steps leading into the ocean.. everyone in the complex was friendly and nice. And the condo was located near little mom and Pop restaurants/tiki bars.

Very nice condo. Needs cleaning/updating of the front room furniture. Aside from the power transformer it has beautiful ocean views.

Great property!

Very clean and modern, with great views and excellent facilities. The pool area and oceanfront are straight out of a Corona Beer commercial. The people were very friendly and helpful. Be prepared for traffic on A1A, but it never became frustrating. Great restaurants on the ocean, fishing, wave riders, kayaking. The unit was spacious and well laid out. An added bonus is the Osprey family nesting 100 yards away on a light pole. We enjoyed watching the parents bringing food to the chicks. The property managers were very responsive and helpful, We will return if it is available next year.

Great complex. Management needs more control.

For two days of our 7day stay we had renovation going on next door that made so much noise we could not stay in our condo. Sounded like a jackhammer taking out lots of tile. We requested a partial refund from the company we rented from and were denied. You would think no construction should be going on during February, prime rental season in Florida Keys.

Hi Tina, we are so sorry about the renovations next door. Unfortunately, owners are allowed to work on their condos within reasonable hours dictated by the condo association. We have tried to have a conversation prior to your departure about compensation however have not had a chance to speak to you. We definitely would like to compensate you for your troubles.

Construction on the patio .

The property is clean and well maintained. it needs a few minor repairs which is typical with all homes. The balcony on our unit was barricaded off, so it was unusable. We were not informed of this, but it would have been a good heads up before our visit. we were issued 1 sob to net into the pool/beach area and we had 4 in our group. a few more would have been preferred. In all its a nice area and clean facility.

Some Information should be made more clear upfront

Master Bedroom / Bathroom is one room with no privacy between toilet area and rest of space and the master shower is very awkward as there is no door and the shower head flows across the short side of the shower?The 4 person maximum and wrist band requirement is not a point made on the property VRBO page and only revealed later in the check in documents.There is a significant amount of light shining into the master bedroom from the outside walkway lights and this makes it difficult to sleep in the room unless some "curtain" is fashioned to block the excessive external light.The location is great, the building is well maintained, the kitchen is functional. The refrigerator doors are super annoying. The TV is a "Bring your own subscription" situation if you want to watch anything interesting.Overall ok experience.

Thanks Mathew for your response, unfortunately that is the bathroom layout and you can see this in the photos that you booked. We also don't have choice on the 4 person max as that set per county for us to be able to have a permit to rent short term. We will take a look at the light issue in bathroom for our next guests. Sorry the television wasn't up to your standard as we only have basic cable at this complex. Again, we appreciate your feedback and will look into upgrading the current tvs to accommodate streaming services.
