It is the ideal space for travelers looking for a relaxing beach vacation , while being close to all activities. This luxurious apartment is also perfect for business travelers looking for a comfortable space to sleep and collaborate while still being close to John Wayne Airport. One block from the Bay and two blocks from the beach. Close to fun zone and the ferry to Catalina.
Sitting just a stone's throw away from the bay, this three-bedroom, four-bathroom lavish townhome boasts extraordinary style and flair and provides luxurious amenities like a rooftop deck with sweeping views. The main level is completely modernized and features an open floor plan between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Natural light flows in through oversized windows in the living room, creating a well-lit space to cozy up with the pages of your favorite book, while a smart home music system, high-speed WiFi, and cable TV help you stay connected in the digital world. The ultra-modern kitchen is draped in white, making the space look especially inviting and open. Here, the inspired chef will adore top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of counter space at the island.

The second floor plays host to two immaculate bedrooms. Sink into plush bedding in the master bedroom's queen-size bed, and enjoy an ensuite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and a dazzling glass door walk-in shower. The second bedroom is perfect for kids with twin bunk beds. It has a separate bathroom nearby with a large bathtub. We really enjoyed our stay at the beach. The house was clean and fresh and new. Everything you needed was there and right where I would look for it. It’s close to the fun zone and ferry to Balboa Island and to the Pacific beach side. We would come again - my teenage kids asked if we could plan to come in summer.

Nice house in good location

Our family stayed 5 days in February and we really liked the property laid out on 3 floors with full bathrooms for each of the rooms. The central heating was excellent for the cooler days. It was very clean and prepared .. thanks for the stay

The pictures don't do it justice! First of all, wonderful location - we walked to the beach, a block away from the ferry and Balboa Island. A few minutes walk from shopping, restaurants, playground, etc. We parked the car during our stay and walked everywhere because it's so easy.It's a gorgeous home of three floors and a rooftop terrace with a pretty view. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, there is plenty of space, everything you could need is available, from beach towels to kitchen gadgets to some toiletries. There were beach chairs and sand toys and other beach things in the garage. The garage and parking space are super easy and convenient. The owner communicates well and even gave us early check in. My kid loved the bunk beds. It's a really gorgeous home and I was very pleasantly surprised - I don't think the picture capture at all how comfortable and gorgeous the space is. There are a lot of stairs though - which our kids loved and we didn't mind - but I can see that being an issue for someone with mobility issues.

Would stay there again

Very nice home, very clean and great location. Do not bring a large vehicle or parking could be a challenge. We have a Toyota Tundra Crewmax and had to park part of it in the garage and part of it in the car port in order for it to fit. Lots of stuff in walking distance like the beach, pier, marina, Balboa fun zone, places to eat, etc. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Only reason I booked this property was because it had ac , many other nice places but no ac. It’s a smart house, host should well know the temp and cool off for check in. It was 78. Air did not work all day, she had repair person come next day, he told me 3 different things he thought was wrong, worked all day then told me the end of the day he was picking up the part the next morning that it would be one more night without AC. That day when the repairman came, I had asked the host for 15 minutes heads up since I am a single woman in a strange house, no response from the host. Went out to get a cup of coffee came back in started working I hear a man’s voice up on the third level of the home had no idea he was in there. She unlocked the door remotely and never have the courtesy to respond to my request or let me know he was there . He came back the next day said he had the part had two other repair people with him said it’ll be up and running. All we need to do is put Freon. I stepped out to get some air because it was ungodly hot and stuffy in the unit came back no repair people Get a text from the host. Oh sorry he can’t fix it. He’ll be back the next day when I was checking out at 11 AM. The host was nice enough to offer me to leave the property Thursday afternoon pack everything up move my dual screens computer works set up to another facility and have to leave at 10 or 11 o’clock the next morning. Took her 22 hours to respond to a question,. Old Dirty sponge kitchen.

Beautiful property, fantastic location

Our favorite was the rooftop access! Fantastic view and a nice private and quiet space above the often busy Balboa Peninsula.

Great property

We loved the property! It was clean and updated. The parking was generous and we loved the location. We had trouble with the tv and wish there were a few more towels and washcloths provided for the stay. We would definitely return!

Beautiful and Clean Rental

My friends and I had a wonderful trip! The house was in a great location, so many things in walking distance and we enjoyed such a beautiful sunset on the roof top deck! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. All around great rental and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property. Nazita was very responsive and accommodating.

As stated above we had a wonderful stay in this home. You may want to bring necessity items for your kitchen (Paper towels, trash bags, condiments, etc) as it was limited for our stay.

The housekeepers have been employed by us for over 15 years and take special care to make sure the property is kept in the most clean and disinfected state. We take special pride in our house and making sure every guest stays happy and satisfied with their choice in accommodations.
