Excellent condo

The condo is in a very nice building and location. Furnished very well and the owners really take care of it. Excellent vacation and will for sure be back!

Spacious

Nice, clean and spacious villa but far from the beach. 15 min walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Swimming pool is right outside the villa. Plenty of parking .

Exactly what we needed.

Property was good for what we needed. We wanted to be left alone to do what we wanted for a good price. Furnished villa which was nice. If I had to do it all over again, I would bring extra bedding and blanket for a pull out couch bed, bring extra towels if you have more than 5 people. Make sure to bring some beach towels. The property has 2 foldable beach chair and 2 biggie boards which was very convenient.

Comfortable, convenient, but not clean

The location was great, but disappointed with the cleanliness when we arrived. The floors were filthy with dirt and sand. We ended up having to clean the floors ourselves when we arrived. We paid a cleaning fee, so I would expect better.

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from beginning to end! The beds were comfortable, linens were excellent. Kitchen had everything we needed, especially liked that there were already some things supplied that we didn’t need to buy salt/pepper and such. There are games and toys which the kids enjoyed. The patio was covered and private. The pool is right outside the door, which my boys really appreciated. The beach is about a 6 min walk away, but there are parking spots right by the beach access if you have a lot of things to carry. The plantation grounds are just beautiful and all the staff are so pleasant and helpful. The tennis villas are a quiet area, and condo is on the first floor. The showers in the bathrooms are spacious and have great water pressure. The bathtub is wonderful. We had no issues at all with our place, and had the very best time! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Dirty Place & Property Mgr doesn’t care

Condo was dirty, floors gritty, kitchen had food crumbs on the counters, the toaster & the coffee pot along w/pet hair on them, toilet dirty, hairs in the tub/shower & on bathroom sink/top, sheets & comforter smelled very musty & sheets had little balls on them from being old/cheap, only 2 bath towels in the unit, which he said “just wash them” so we had to buy more towels & a new set of sheets, the bed is old & uncomfortable & squeaks every time someone moves, living room furniture is old & uncomfortable, TV in LR is a small 36” & 1 in Bdrm same & has bad reception. We saw 2 roaches run across the LR floor, I contacted the prop Mgr & told him all of this on the morning after our arrival & told him I had photos of all & his reply to me was he would let the cleaning staff know & tell the assoc about the roaches. It’s obvious that he’s the one that cleans this place himself & could care less about the condition & cleanliness as he wouldn’t do anything about our complaints so we cleaned the place ourselves in order to feel good about staying there. Also, the refrigerator was full of 1/2 used condiments, etc… which is gross, who wants to use food products that strangers have used, the cabinets also had food that was 1/2 used in them. That’s a big no thanks for us! We like a freshly cleaned & sanitized unit to check in to, this place is anything but that. This was the most disappointing stay of any VRBO we’ve ever stayed in, the location is the only good thing about it….period!

Enjoyed our stay at the tennis villas. 5 minute walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart and had a great time exploring the resort. Plenty of places to park golf cart at beach accesses if you have a lot of beach gear you want to bring to the beach.

Very Peaceful!

Great little place to stay away from everything. Communication with Tom was A+. The condo was a little far away from the beach and activities for the kids but We did enjoy the peacefulness of the area.

Very comfortable, nice location

We would definitely stay here again. The beach is a short walk away and there is also a nice system of pathways within the larger property. There is also easy access to the nearby public walking/bicycle path (better for bicycles than for walking) and state parks in the area. There is a nice grocery store about mile to the north. The condo was clean, well-furnished and very roomy. The patio area at the back is a nice feature. Found it very easy to feel right at home here.

Great stay!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure to stay at this condo. We were given good directions and had no trouble finding it. When we arrived, it was spacious, roomy and clean. The whole condo was immaculate and tastefully decorated and obviously well-cared for; and in a great central location for my conference. The owner also gave us some hints for local restaurants and directions which we found very helpful and spot on. We were both very happy with every aspect of our home away from home and highly recommend this place to others.
