We loved this well appointed and spacious villa. Everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation was provided. Brian was very attentive and made sure we had an easy check in. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is as advertised excellent condition the walk to the beach as a little longer than I would like about 15 minutes not doable if you need to go back for the bathroom. Regardless, for this being for some people, location was ideal in terms of going to restaurants would recommend.

The actual unit was clean and prepared for our arrival. It came with basic necessities like detergent, soap, shampoo, salt and pepper, etc. would have liked to have some cooking oil though, and a few more towels would have been nice. The beach chairs and toys were nice to have. Only Complaint was that leaves and sticks accumulated in the pool. The host was responsive about trying to get the HOA to come clean it but they did not come for our final 2 days. I would stay here again.

Thank you for the nice commentary around our home, Patrick! I am sorry about the cleanliness of the pool. The HOA contracts with a company to clean the pool daily during the summer although recent Florida storms and high winds have caused more debris than usual!

overall, this accommodation was perfect for our needs. It was only a three nights stay and we were not in the space a lot. But when we were it was comfortable with plenty of space. While we didn’t use a lot of items the kitchen was well equipped and could handle meal prep adequately. I’d consider staying here again if the opportunity arises.

Home was very clean, newly renovated. The location was great! The pool is super close. The only downside was that the pool was really dirty when we arrived from a storm, but the host was quick to get a cleaning crew out the next day. Bummed we missed out on pool time and you're unable to use the Omni pool since you're not staying at the hotel/villas - despite being on Omni property. Overall, it's a great spot

Bathroom terrible, plastic shower curtain dirty and mold spots. Wet bathroom mat.Could not stay there.

After you contacted us, our team immediately offered re-cleaning, maintenance service, and replacement of the liner during your active reservation, but those offers were declined and you advised you would not be returning to the property. We also note that your original request to shorten or cancel the stay was related to a personal/family matter that occurred shortly after check-in at the property. We take guest concerns seriously and always work to resolve issues in real time when given the opportunity. Since this stay, the items referenced were fully addressed with our cleaning and maintenance teams. Great stay!

The condo was great! Nestled in by the tennis center on the plantation, it was adorable and clean… great for two families as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living area and kitchen. It was just a quick walk (& even quicker golf cart ride) to the beach! The beach towels, wagon and beach chairs were a nice touch! We hope to stay here again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni Villa on Amelia Island in February. The villa was so clean, decor was lovely and the room arrangements were ideal. A cute little basket near the front door greeted us with snacks. The only downside was the long ride to the villa location through the Omni Resort and walk to our specific villa from the car in the designated parking lot because of mobility issues. We had only minor problems with our mattress and dishwasher.

Facility was clean, there were many items including a beach towels, chairs, a wagon to make our beach trips much easier. Many items supplied in the kitchen which made easier for cooking. We had wonderful contact with the host. They were very attentive and responsive.

Ideal beach trip

The villa is fantastic - nicely decorated, lots of room, and everything you need. The family room and adjacent kitchen was a great relaxing spot after long days outside. The villa is just steps from the pool which we used every day. Pool has lots of tree cover so you can choose sun or shade while you’re relaxing. Beach chairs are included which is a nice bonus. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach, which we also did every day. Beach is beautiful and not at all crowded. Check-in and check-out was easy. Instructions were clear and the keypad door worked perfectly. Communication with the host was great, I would get a response to every message within minutes - very friendly and helpful.Make sure to go to the shops and restaurants on the boardwalk inside the Omni property. It’s an easy walk if you take the shortcut down the little golf course. If you’re a golfer try the Little Sandy. It’s 10 holes around the lake, the longest hole is 125 yards! They have clubs you can use no charge - a small cary bag with wedges and a putter. Calloway clubs - nice. The town of Fernandina Beach is great for shopping and eating and coffee, etc. Island Time Ice Cream is amazing - get the key lime pie ice cream!In short…a great place with a helpful host in a wonderful location. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our vacation. My husband and I and our 3 adult daughters enjoyed the condo and the Omni location. The unit was spacious and clean and a convenient location to enjoy the beach and pickleball courts. We walked to the Omni shops and Little Sandy golf course. The listing is accurate and the communication with host was easy.
