Relaxing Winter Park Condo Close to Everything! Enjoy the peaceful deck of this ground floor corner unit with picnic area. Although there are lots of benefits to the ground floor unit, we do occasionally have noisy neighbors in the unit above ours. Bike and walking trails are along the Fraser River, walking distance to downtown and close to free ski bus stop. The updated recreation center has an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, workout equipment and playground. The two bedroom/2 bath condo is nicely furnished with a pull-out leather couch and a washer/dryer.

Great location, nice homey feel and great host. Only complaint was the minor noise from the unit immediately above — no partying just heavy footsteps and the moving of kitchen chairs.

Comfy Condo - Close to Downtown

The condo had a nice large kitchen that was well stocked. The bedrooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. It was enjoyable to sit outside on the porch with the surrounding lawn and trees. We loved how close it was to downtown Winter Park. The condo title was right. We would stay there again.

Great for a getaway

The property was perfect for a Colorado getaway. Conveniently located near Winter Park with restaurants and a grocery store very close by.

The only thing missing were wine glasses. Everything was well stocked. Walking distance to the shuttle was close and convenient. My son and I had a great trip.

Nice place with great location

Parking was a nightmare. Never anywhere close to park so lots of trekking through piles of snow. Also the hot tub is not really walking distance, esp in snow, so same issues with parking.

Nice location. Front screen door was broken, could not figure out microwave and how to use the TV. Otherwise was comfy and close to what we wanted to do.

Winter Park Condo

The property was very clean and functional. We loved the rec center!!! And the proximity to restaurants, bike race start and downtown. We bought laundry soap to do a couple loads of laundry and left the remainder. The fan in the main bedroom was not plugged in and I could not move the dresser to do it. Thank you!

Well furnished place, very clean and well stocked. The only real issue was that listing description fails to mention is the hot tubs and pool is in a separate building 2 blocks away

Great Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very nicely decorated and very clean. It was quiet and not too far away from the Blues From the Top festival. We will certainly consider this property again in the future.

A great Christmas stay!

We found everything we needed here. The place was decorated so tastefully for our Christmas stay. We loved it! The location was convenient to downtown Winter Park, and the ski area shuttle bus stop was very close. The condo is equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay.

Lovely place in a great location

Charming 2 bedroom condo in great location. Easy to hop on bike trail to ride to restaurants/bars in Fraser and could walk to everything in Winter Park. Close to bike trails as well.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We had the best time. This condo is located in Winter Park. Within walking distance to some of the best restaurants. And just a short drive to Winter Park Resort. The condo was beautiful. Well cleaned and just as described. I had to contact the owner because of some neighbors and she was quick to respond and very helpful. Will definitely be back! Thanks for a great time!

Cozy and clean - Close to base!

Our family very much enjoyed this place on our first family ski trip with the kids. I liked being on the first floor, not having to haul things up and down stairs was great. It’s a short walk to many restaurants and the transit stop. Kitchen is well stocked and the jar of hot cocoa packets was a nice touch! The patio opens up to a yard of winter wonderland where the kids started playing the second they got up in the mornings. Big deep cushions on the leather couch was so cozy. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Overall it was a lovely stay. Would recommend to bring a white noise machine for the little ones to not hear the water pipes at night, people showering later at night was kind of loud, but nothing you can do about that! Thank you!

Listing is misleading

Pictures and reviews were misleading. Condo is very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable and small, full size bed in master bedroom. Shower was very small and in need of updating. Condo is on first floor and is very loud.

Comfortable, clean, and well stocked

Linda’s home had everything we needed for a quick ski getaway. The kitchen was incredibly stocked (very much appreciated the griddle for pancakes!). Beds and linens were comfortable. The home was very cute and most importantly, clean. The snacks were the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!
