Great stay!

This was my first trip to CO and it was amazing! My sister and I went out to see my brother who lives just a street or two over. The condo was clean & had everything we needed. Very easy check in! Thank you for helping to make this a special trip for us!

This place was just as described, and everything went smoothly. Although we didn't spend much time there because we had family in another place, it definitely met our needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great place!

We were there to ski and the place was the perfect spot for that. A short drive to Winter Park with easy access to parking at Mary Jane - food store (Safeway) very close to the condo - it fit the bill perfectly!!

Clean and Comfortable

This property is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed after ski happy hour and some home cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen. The space never felt crowded with four adults. The living space was spacious enough for us to relax by the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie. The washer and dryer were useful as well. It felt like a little home away from home! We would surely book again if we head back to Winter Park.

Fantastic stay for a weekend snowboarding

Convienient and Cozy

We had a great stay at this condo. We were in for a week for a bike race in Winter Park. This condo was 15 minutes from the base and very convenient for groceries and trails for walks and bike riding.

Convienient and quiet

This was a great little spot, close to restaurants and shops. We stayed for a week to attend a bike race in Winter Park. This condo was 15 minutes from the base. It was nice and quiet to get a good nights sleep before race days.

Clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful experience staying in the Lutz's condo for our "White Christmas" vacation. It is conveniently located and the hosts were very nice and helpful. Snow was everywhere. Since we are from Mississippi, it looked like a winter wonderland to us.
