Thoughtfully designed throughout, this modern condo provides ample comfort and storage, offering wood floors, large windows with shades, a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances along with an elegant bathroom complemented by custom vanity and an over-sized soaking tub/shower. This home has an exceptional layout that includes an entertainer's style open living-dining-kitchen configuration.
One secure, below ground vehicle parking space is included and equipped with an Enel X Juice Box 40 - Level 2 EV Charger for sole use at the parking space. Power usage rates apply.
Your well-behaved pets are welcome for a small additional fee of $200 each.
Housekeeping available for an additional fee depending on need and frequency.

Bedroom has queen-size bed with built-in headboard and side shelves, closet, window treatments and ceiling fan.
Additional flex-room has desk and built-in twin-size bunk bed, mirrored closet, window treatments and ceiling fan.
Built with concrete structure and thick, sound insulated walls, this high-quality condominium construction is far superior to typical apartments.
Common use view terrace on the 7th floor for individual relaxation with an assortment of tables and chairs provided.
Building has a fire alarm and is fully fire sprinklered for maximum safety.

The Pearl...perfect

Our second stay was as enjoyable as the first last year. William was a gracious host, made check-in a breeze and was available when we had questions. The location is especially great since we enjoy public transportation when traveling and the streetcar is our favorite. Returning to a cool, well-maintained condo after a day out...vacationing at its best!

Would stay here again!

Our host, William. Is top notch. He hooked us up with xfinity television when I told him I watched sports and ROKU would not be sufficient. In our three month stay we had one issue with the microwave and he was on it in a jiffy. Superlative location in the Pearl District of Portland. I’d give this place 10 stars!

Perfect in the Pearl

Our stay was perfect. The unit was comfortable, immaculate, well stocked with the necessary supplies, quiet, easily accessible from public transportation, surrounded by eateries...a nice retreat at the end of the day. William and his team were quick to respond and pleasant. Sound great??? It was!!!

Perfect for long-term stay

New building in a location that can't be beat. Surrounded by parks and restaurants. Walking distance to grocery stores, the Amtrak station, and streetcar. Willamette river walk is a few blocks away. We stayed for 2 months and it had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. The extra bedroom/office was a nice convenience as it provided space for online meetings while also serving as an overnight bedroom when our daughter visited for a night. Check-in was a breeze and the owner was very responsive to any questions. To top it off, the unit comes with a reserved parking space in a secure garage that is big enough to fit any car, including a full-sized pickup.
