2 Heated Pools, Beach Bar/Kitchen - Beachfront Condo

This condo is located in the only resort on Tybee Island. It offers two heated beach front pools, poolside and beahfront bar and restaraunt, direct pool and beach access, and more!

The property is on Mid Beach which is best for fewer crowds and easy access to the water.

An elevator is located in the garage for first floor access, the balcony looks over the pool before giving way to the beach. The beachfront restaurant and bar, The Deck, is less than a 10 second walk out the door by the pool.

The space:
This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a sleeper bed in the couch, 2 beautiful bathrooms, and a porch that looks out on a greens space, pool, and ocean.

Perfectly located for short walks to downtown and shopping!

Guest access:
Guests have access to the pools, restaurant/bar, beach and parking area.

Other things to note:
You will have access to two parking spaces in the garage. Parking passes will be left in the condo when you check in!

MAX occupancy is 6 guests. Guests who break this rule will be asked to leave with no refund. This is a law passed by the city.
Please wipe or wash of as much sand as you can before entering the unit. Showers are provided by the poolside beach entrance.
Accidents happen. Rags are provided to help clean up unexpected messes. If it won’t come out, please let me know.

Nice & Relaxing Beach Vacay

Our stay on Tybee Island was great overall—being centrally located gave us easy access to both the north and south ends, though we definitely preferred the vibe up north. The unit was exactly as described with plenty of space for our group of four and a well-equipped kitchen. The showers were excellent, and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach and pool. While we wish we had more of a direct beach view, seeing the ocean in the distance was still a nice touch. Some furniture could use updating, and the floors could’ve been cleaner, but we’re admittedly clean freaks—so take that with a grain of salt! For the price, we’d stay here again.

Cozy, clean and choice location

My cousins and I were pleased with the comfy accommodations and ease of access to the beach. Surprisingly the menu at the onsite Restaurant had great options and we each enjoyed our meals.

6 days at the beach was fabulous. Location was amazing. Condo was so clean - and well equipped! Thank you Michael. Such a gracious host. We accidentally got locked out and he answered his phone on the second ring. Couldn’t ask for a nicer guy. Great resort with pools and poolside bar & grill. BONUS!!!

I understand why this place is fully booked this summer!

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and so roomy and we enjoyed the location. We ate at The Deck every day we were there and loved the pool access and easy beach access. The balcony was great for outside meals, too! Owner was great to communicate with and very kind as well.

Weekend away

Great property overall…beach access was tricky at first and the pool code we were given the first day did not work. It was a nice place for the price.

The Vance honeymoon

This was the perfect honeymoon. We were so blessed with weather and that everything worked out with the power and hurricane damage. We will definitely be back. It was the best week of our lives. We had so much fun and it was so relaxing

I love to travel. I love the mountains, but I love the beach the most. I've been hosting guests on Tybee Island for almost 2 years now and recently decided to host through VRBO! I love being able to share my favorite beach in the country with fellow travelers.

I love Tybee Island. Originally from Colorado, I fell in love with Georgia's charm. Unlike built up commercial Islands, Tybee is a true beach town. Laid back, relaxing, and without a single chain on the island. Every restaurant, shop, and attraction is owned by locals. The people are amazing, and the beaches are even better.
This atmosphere makes seeing the wildlife that much easier. Whether it's jelly fish on the beach, sting rays, dolphins, or turtles, there is always something to see.
I love mid beach and this property specifcally becasue it is slightly distanced from the main pier and downtown witch can get very loud at night. It's perfect to get to some of the larger restaurants on the back bay and also allows for a brief 20 min walk to the main pier for when you want to shop or party.

Unlike other properties on the island, Beachside Colony is the only resort that has both beachfront pools and a beachfront restaurant. Locals and tourists alike enjoy the beach right in front of the property so they can walk up to the bar for a midday meal and to refill their drinks often. You will have the best of all worlds by being able to walk out the condo and be right on the pool deck (reserved for you and other members of Beachside Colony) and be able to order food and drink poolside!
