- 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with WC
- A living room open on a fully-equipped kitchen and convertible sofa
- Decorated with high quality and design furniture

The flat is a 35m2 (e.q. 400 sq.ft) apartment totally refurbished by architect with high quality materials and furniture.

Its location is really extraordinary, in the heart of Saint-Germain des prés, luxury neighborhood at walking distance of the Seine (3 min.) and Metro Mabillon (1 min.)

It has a living room with convertible sofa for 2 guests (140x200), TV (Netflix, etc.) and a dining area.

The bedroom has a 4-star bed 160x200 and large dressing

The bathroom has a shower and WC.

Its kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, Kettle, Toaster, dishwasher).

All rooms have curtains.

It is located at the 3rd floor (no lift) of a typical Parisian building from the 19th century. Very quiet street.

Great location!

It was comfortable and had everything we needed plus more. After a day of travel and jetlag, we misread the check-in instructions but the host picked up right away and was very helpful and attentive. The location was perfect.

Excellent location - clean and comfortable apartment

This tiny gem was just perfect for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the fans were a lovely touch with the hot end of June weather. Our tween/teens stayed on the pull out - and the apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and easy to check in. We could walk to the Louvre and Notredame in 10-15 minutes. And it was perfect for exploring the beautiful Saint Germain des Pres area with all of the cute shops and cafes. I would definitely recommend this to a couple or family with 1-2 kids (that fit on a pull out).

Perfect for our visit!

The apartment is in a great location. It is on a smaller, quieter side street in a lovely area of the 6th arr. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host was flexible with check in and very responsive. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The location in the 6th is fantastic. You can walk to all the major sites. Tons of great bistros and restaurants within blocks. The bed was also comfortable.The rest of the unit is just OK. The layout is odd, with the toilet off the kitchen. The shower capsule is very small. Having the sink and washer crammed together makes it impossible to have more than one person in the room at a time. There was a slight sewer odor that might come from the washer hard to tell. We were never able to get the wifi to connect during our 4 day stay. The apartment was relatively clean but the rug and sofa should be cleaned. It's on the 3rd floor with a narrow spiral stair case so be careful if you have heavy suitcases. We were all about the location and it was a reasonable price, but I'm not sure we'd stay there again.

Not suitable for a VRBO let

The apartment only had one thing going for it -the location is excellent. The bedroom was entirely unsuitable for two people and we slept on the sofa bed in the living room, which was very badly designed. The walls were badly stained and the loo - which opened directly on to the kitchen was truly miniscule - and didn’t have a wash and basin. The bathroom was dominated by a huge washing machine and difficult to use. Not up to the standard expected and certainly in no way charming.

Not what I expected!!!! I felt cheated

The apartment was not very clean when we arrived, in fact there was even an onion with mushrooms in the refrigerator for example. It wasn't like the photos either, which were clearly illuminated since the apartment is not as bright as it seems in them. Additionally (according to the owner) they had had a humidity problem so the entire kitchen ceiling was covered in humidity. The bathroom had the shower with the washing machine on one bsthroom and the toilet in another bathroom next to the kitchen and so small that you could barely move in it (when you sat down your legs touched the door). So it was a big disappointment since it didn't was the "charming apartment" that Said online. I don't recommend it. We spent just over 2000 euros in a week and I felt cheated. I really hope vrbo reviews this post.
