We arrived at the apartment late in the evening having flown from Singapore and we were delighted to find the apartment everything that had been promoted and we were expecting. Just a delightful well appointed and comfortable apartment. Situated in a sensational location which is alive day and night with everything at your fingertips. The apartment is very quiet so we could sleep without any interruptions. We could not more highly recommend the apartment or the location. You can walk to everything so easily and there are so many restaurants to choose from in only minutes walking distance. We loved everything about staying here and cannot wait to return. Do not hesitate to book this apartment for a perfect Parisian holiday. 10 out of 10.

Wonderful location near so many great restaurants and shops, walking distance to the Louvre and Orsay, and the apartment - while old - had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would rent again!

Classic apartment in perfect location

Well equipped, lovely decor and very quiet which is surprising given it excellent location to restaurants etc and all the main sites of Paris.

Apartment was well located, right in center of St Germain des Pres. Easy access to all major must sees. The only negative was the three flights of stairs up to the apartment. Not recommended for the elderly.

The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator), with landings on each floor. The stairs are not difficult at all, but they might be a problem for some people, which is why this is clearly stated in the listing. The Saint-Germain-des-Prés district is the most sought-after area of ​​Paris because it is the most vibrant, but also because it is historic and listed, which gives it its charm. Most buildings in the district do not have elevators.

Perfect Stay

Location was GREAT, within walking distance to most attractions, yet still a local feel to the neighborhood. The Apartment was as described and met all of our needs. Being able to check in early was a god-send! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great find!

The safe location of this clean and comfortable apartment was excellent; close to metro/RER, sites, bakeries, and grocery stores. Nice bathroom with great shower and a comfortable bed and sofa bed. We appreciated the early check-in and instructions left in a binder. Francoise even had a new A/C unit delivered on our first day there which was great timing given that the weather in Paris was hotter than usual. We would stay here again!

Love Paris

This was our first time staying in the Saint Germain area and it won’t be the last. Our little apart was very cute and had all amenities, a great bathroom with a great shower and a comfortable bed. Just outside our door was everything we could ask for. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing location in St Germain des Pres! The apartment was clean and cozy. It's a very old building so noise travels, but doesn't take away from the stay.

Apartment was perfect. Lively neighborhood loaded with restaurants and easy access to both RER and metro. 5-10 minute walk to both the Louvre and Notre Dame. Food markets nearby which, with the functional kitchen, allowed us to save a little by cooking for ourselves. Our host, Francoise, was responsive and check in was simple. Everything exceeded our expectations.

This is a fabulous property location. Everything that is on the site is provided and more.

Francoise is a wonderful host. We have been travelling around the world and using the HomeAway site - this property is is everything it says. Great location, all facilities provided. We will be back.

Perfect hideaway in a bustling area

This cosy apartment is situated in a very nice quarter of Paris - everything you might need is just around the corner. We felt very comfortable with everything being so tasteful, spotless clean and in perfect condition. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again.

Perfect Location

We loved the location of the apartment. Close to so many supermarkets, bakeries, and cafes. Easy to communicate with owner. She also helped us store our luggage before check in, which we appreciated. Thank you!

Comfortable apartment in great location

The apartment was perfect for us. Right in the heart of St Germain. Bed was super comfortable and shower was one of the best anywhere. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as our five nights in Paris were part of a longer trip so we could wash everything. BUT allow lots of time as a full wash takes 3.5 hours!

The apartment was very nice and in a great location. We would definitely stay again. It was very comfortable, especially the pull out sofa. It was very clean. Just make sure you know where the light switch is in the courtyard because one of us tripped and fell because we couldn’t see the threshold between the gravel and the tile in the dark.

Amazing location and Quiet

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Perfect location easy walk to all tourist destinations. Wonderful restaurants all around you. My kids ages 11 & 14 had no problem sharing the comfortable pull out couch in the living room. The bedroom bed was very comfortable. Apartment has many windows but still very private. Highly recommend to others and we’ll be back.

Wonderful Paris

An authentic small apartment. Outstanding location close to the Seine and all facilities. Old apartments do have their quirks, uneven floors, occasionally noisy neighbours and a tiny tv. However you'll forgive the quirks to be in such an attractive neighbourhood.

Great property at a fabulous location

This apartment was perfect - exactly as described, immaculate, and very well appointed. Secure building in a friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to great cafes, restaurants, shopping etc. Owner provided the most comprehensive and helpful information about the apartment and the surrounding area that we have ever seen. It was extremely useful. We loved it and hope to be back soon.
