The newly built, modern apartment 'Vista Verde' is located on the 2nd line in the Formosa Bay complex in the town of Cabanas de Tavira.
This ground floor apartment has a spacious terrace which borders the communal garden and is located in a quiet area.
From the living room and the kitchen you look out on this garden with its olive trees and oleanders. Hence the name: 'Vista Verde', which means: the 'Green View'.
The apartment is a 300 meter walk from the beach, restaurants and the lively shops in this nice fishing village. The Natural Park Ria Formosa is literally on the doorstep.
The apartment is modernly furnished and fully equipped.
The spacious, bright living room is cosily furnished with a 2-seater sofa and 2 chairs.
There is a separate dining area for 4 people.
This room is equipped with a TV with chromecast, bluetooth hi-fi set, and air conditioning.
Through a sliding door you come out on the terrace where there is a 4-person garden furniture and 2 relaxing chairs.
The luxury kitchen is equipped with all necessary built-in appliances. For example: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and fridge-freezer combination.
