The newly built, modern apartment 'Vista Verde' is located on the 2nd line in the Formosa Bay complex in the town of Cabanas de Tavira.

This ground floor apartment has a spacious terrace which borders the communal garden and is located in a quiet area.
From the living room and the kitchen you look out on this garden with its olive trees and oleanders. Hence the name: 'Vista Verde', which means: the 'Green View'.
The apartment is a 300 meter walk from the beach, restaurants and the lively shops in this nice fishing village. The Natural Park Ria Formosa is literally on the doorstep.

The apartment is modernly furnished and fully equipped.
The spacious, bright living room is cosily furnished with a 2-seater sofa and 2 chairs.
There is a separate dining area for 4 people.
This room is equipped with a TV with chromecast, bluetooth hi-fi set, and air conditioning.

Through a sliding door you come out on the terrace where there is a 4-person garden furniture and 2 relaxing chairs.

The luxury kitchen is equipped with all necessary built-in appliances. For example: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and fridge-freezer combination.

The bedroom has a double built-in wardrobe, a large sliding window with blackout curtains and a king box spring bed.
Here you will also find air conditioning.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, bathroom cabinet and a spacious walk-in shower.

The apartment has its own parking garage where you get a reserved spot.
There are plenty of free public parking spaces around the complex.

A ladies' and men's mountain bike are ready for you, which are included in the rental price.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport.
The train line Faro-Vila Real de Stº Antonio is 2 km from the apartment so there's no need renting a car to discover the magnificent Eastern Algarve.

It is a perfect holiday residence for golf enthusiasts, within a radius of 20 km there are 5 highly regarded golf courses.
But also the beach, sea and nature lover, bird watcher or just the peace seeker is in place here.

Come and enjoy the beautiful Algarve with its beautiful nature, history and mostly beautiful weather.

Perfect appartement

We hebben hele fijne 5 weken gehad in dit appartement.Echt alles is aanwezig.Ook heel gezellig en huiselijk ingericht.De bedden waren heerlijk.Wij waren van half december tot half januari,dus waren we blij met een goed werkende airco.

Vista Verde

Een gezellig ingericht appartement op de begane grond. Het ontvangst door Gert en Leonie was hartelijk en gastvrij met extra sinasappels uit eigen tuin! In het appartement ontbreekt het je aan niets. Het enige nadeel is dat het vrij gehorig is. Maar wij hebben genoten van Cabanas en omgeving waar het heerlijk fietsen en golfen is.

Heerlijk schoon appartement met prima voorzieningen op loopafstand van de boulevard.

De eigenaren hebben ons fantastisch ontvangen hoewel het door vertragingen diep in de nacht was en zij zijn heel behulpzaam voor verdere informatie over de omgeving. Veel wandel en fietsmogelijkheden aan de kust of in het binnenland. Kortom, voor ons was het een zeer aangenaam verblijf.

Totalmente recomendável!

A casa é acolhedora, harmoniosa e muito bem equipada, em mobiliário, eletrodomésticos grandes e pequenos e consumíveis vários. Gert e Leonie são afáveis, disponíveis e cuidadosos nos detalhes. A casa é reflexo disso, limpa, organizada e confortável, tanto no interior como no espaço exterior. Disponibilizam ainda garagem, materiais para a praia e bicicletas para passeios. Localizada a cinco minutos a pé dos barcos para a praia de Cabanas e restauração local, é uma zona tranquila. Totalmente recomendável.

Ferias excelentes!

Gert e Leonie com uma simpatia e disponibilidade fantastica. Apartamento com tudo o que é necessario para umas ferias excelentes, bem equipado, bem decorado e com uma localizaçao excelente. Muito perto do centro de Cabanas e do barco para a praia. A repetir!
