It is located in the city center of Arcachon and has a free parking space in the building, it is 6 minutes from the train station on foot 5 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, cinemas and bike rental companies.
Apartment on the 2nd floor (without elevator) designed for 4 people:
a living room with a 2-seater bed, television, opening onto a south-facing balcony with armchairs and coffee table, the dining room equipped with a large table, seats, trolley and cupboard.
1 bedroom on the courtyard side with a 160 cm bed, wardrobe, bedside tables,
bathroom with shower, hairdryer, separate toilet,
kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and cookware.
Free Wi-fi.
Close to the Dune du Pyla, boats to Cap Ferret, ocean beaches, forest, oyster tastings, etc.

Séjour agréable. Emplacement idéal en plein centre, mais silencieux malgré tout avec fenêtre ouverte. Appartement bien agencé, pratique, équipé, propre. Bon contact avec la Propriétaire et la conciergerie qui sont réactifs. Nous gardons avec plaisir le contact pour un prochain séjour. Nous recommandons.

Cet appartement au coeur d’Arcachon au 2ème étage d’un petit immeuble est parfaitement situé, la plage à 5 mn à pieds, vous disposez d’un parking mais aussi la gare se trouve à 6 mn, vous pouvez tout faire à pieds. Le marché et commerces, les restaurants, les bateaux pour découvrir le bassin d’Arcachon sont tous à 5 mn.
