Beautiful holiday home in El Campello, Alicante

Cozy terraced house for up to 5 people. WIFI. Parks, beautiful green areas, very well maintained, restaurants and bars. About 250m from the natural beach. El Campello is 5 minutes away by car. Tram 300m from the house. In the off season it is very quiet and you can enjoy the great weather. Very good location, you have all the sights and cities very close: Alicante, San Juan, Benidorm, Altea.

The accommodation:🏠
Terraced house with a capacity of up to 5 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace and small roof terrace with sea view, washing machine, GoogleTV (you can use bluetooth to download your internet apps such as HBO, Netflix, YouTube etc....), refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, towels, bed linen. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer. High chair for small children is available.
The house is located in a holiday complex (ALKABIR) with a large community pool, open from 01.06 to 15.09/30.09 depending on the weather. (Pool costs €1.50 per person except children up to 8 years). El Campello is a beautiful place with a sandy beach and a beautiful promenade with restaurants, bars and shops. 2km from Alkabir.
It is ideal for family holidays.
Alicante region has 300 days of sunshine a year.
For those who don't like it so hot and just want to relax and recharge their batteries, go hiking, cycling or play golf, it is very quiet and sunny in the low season and winter! June and September are ideal months for a sunny and quiet holiday, it is not high season and still warm. Pool is open from 01.06 to 15/30 September depending on the weather

Large community pool with bar/restaurant. Pool is open from June 1st to September 30th. (Pool is subject to a fee except for children up to 8 years old)
Parks, children's playground, natural beach 250m away, in the summer months with a bar also open at night with cocktails. (Water shoes are recommended for the natural beach because it is not a sandy beach) If you don't like the natural beach, El Campello has a beautiful sandy beach that can be reached in 5 minutes by car. If you want to do a bit of snorkeling, you can take a short 10/15 minute hike to the right of the beach to Bains de la Reina (natural baths) or just go to the natural beach.
El Campello is a small town with a very beautiful sandy beach just 5 minutes away by car. Promenade with restaurants and bars. There are also many shopping and sports facilities. Small and large supermarkets. A car is recommended and being flexible!! as well as being able to do large shopping.

Do you like playing golf? There are various golf courses not far away!! In San Juan there is one about 10 km from El Campello and in Benidorm about 17 km.
Other important information
It is strictly forbidden to hold any kind of loud party or event that disturbs the peace and quiet of the neighbors, as well as smoking in the house. Smoking is only permitted on the terraces.

Good base for exploring el campello and the beautiful costa blanca

Silvia was a fantastic host. Place was spotless and everything you need. Pool area lovely clean and friendly. The tram connections are brilliant and so cheap. Would definitely visit again. Thanks Silvia

Todo muy bien.

La propiedad está genial, las fotos reflejan la realidad. En la cocina hay electrodoméstico y utensilios para cocinar si fuese necesario. Nosotros desayunamos en casa todos los días y muy bien. El proceso de recogida de llaves es muy fácil. Muy cerquita hay restaurantes y supermercados, aunque es mejor alquilar un coche para llegar. En la zona hay aparcamiento gratuito. En general todo muy bien, Silvia es encantadora y Mari Luz (nos recibió y nos dio las llaves) también. La comunicación con ellas ha sido muy fluida y muy fácil en todo momento. Totalmente aconsejable.

Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos. La casa esta muy cuidada, con toldos y ventiladores por toda la casa. Tiene una luz y un olor a azahar que no se ve en las fotos. Con atencion a nuestra llegada, agua mineral, cafe y algo para el desayuno, fruta y zumo. El entorno nos ha gustado, sobre todo la calita morro blanco que ibamos andando. Y Campello muy agradable. En la misma urba el rinconcito de Noa con un buen menú y recomendable

Un verdadero placer!

El apartamento es muy acogedor, muy limpio y muy apañado pero lo mejor de todo es la persona que nos atendió desde el principio hasta el final de la estancia Mariluz!, ya la echamos de menos, la propietaria también muy pendiente, ha sido un verdadero placer tratar con ambas, mis niños muy contentos, nos quedamos con ganas de más, así da gusto…

Très bon séjour

Très belle maison avec tout l l'équipement nécessaire. La communication avec la propriétaire est bonne et attention pour notre arrivée (fruits et jus de fruits). Dommage qu il faille prendre la voiture pour aller en ville et que la piscine soit payante.

Séjour magnifique

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifique. Nous avons été bien accueilli avec des fruits à notre disposition. La piscine est bien grande et bien situé et la ville de El Campello est animée et les plages magnifiques Nous allons y retourner sans hesiter 😊 Merci à vous

Urlaub in Alkabir-Wohnanlage in ELCamello

Ich war mit der Wohnung voll zufrieden. Es war alles da was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Schwimmbad ist in 3 min erreichbar und sehr schön. Deutschsprachiges Fernsehen wäre noch schön gewesen aber das hat meinen Urlaub nicht beeinträchtigt. Einziges kleines Handycap sind die fehlenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Entfernung ca. 2 km).

Hemos pasado unas semana Santa muy tranquila en la casa de Silvia, la casa es una monada, tiene de todo y con muy buen gusto, muy limpia, el wi fi funciona de maravillas, una casa muy cómoda. La zona donde está es muy tranquila, se puede descansar y dormir a hasta tarde que no se oye nada súper tranquilo. La casa está muy bien comunicada para ir a Alicante o a Benidorm o a cualquier pueblito de la zona. Mariluz la mamá de Silvia es un encanto y está pendiente de lo que uno pueda necesitar, a Silvia no la conocimos pero también ha sido muy atenta por mensajes. Muchas gracias por todo !!! Virginia, Alvaro, Nico y Neus.

MUY AGRADABLE Y TRANQUILO

Hemos pasado 10 días muy agradables, de verdaderas vacaciones. La casa es muy acogedora y hemos estado muy cómodos. Mª Luz y Silvia son muy amables y están pendientes de que estés a gusto, lo cual lo han conseguido totalmente.

Nice location but no air con.

The house is on an urbanisation a couple of miles from el Campello's sandy beach and lively promenade. The owner was very helpful and communicated well. The house was clean but fairly basic and there's NO air conditioning despite being advertised as such, there are ceiling fans which were ineffectual in the heat whilst we were there and we had to buy fans. The showers are not attached to the walls, the linens are shabby and the cooker can't be used without blowing the fuse box. We were also plagued with cockroaches despite plug in's supplied by the owner. The communal pool is nice and we were given passes for 5 days, any more and we'd have had to pay. You can walk down to a beach but it's very stoney, there's a bar down there which is quite lively at night. The accommodation offers a good base for exploring the area such as Benidorm, Alicante, Valencia, water park, theme park, caves and the cute mountain village Guadalajara. Overall we had a good time but have stayed in better places for similar money.

Cosy house with great outside space in a perfect location

The benefit of this house is the lovely patio and the location. It was very easy to book and onsite I was very well looked after; the owner's mother was extremely helpful. I would totally recommend the house to anyone wanting to stay in Alkabir. Using this house as your base you can visit the whole of the costs Blanca without using a car!

Tranquilidad y buena casa

Decir que hemos estado fuera de temporada y ha sido muy muy agradable La urbanización cuidadisima las zonas comunes de jardines. La casa estupenda, limpísima.Y Lo mas importante a destacar la amabilidad de MariLuz. Pendiente de que todo este perfecto Fuimos con nuestra perrita que fue muy bien recibida. He de decir que esta muy educada. Y disfruto mucho con la pequeña playa q han acondicionado para perros Recomiendo esta casa si quieres tranquilidad
