Designer style life living. you walk into an open floor plan only one level this is this unit is on the top floor in the condominium, there are windows in every bedroom with ocean coastal line views from the balcony, living room, master and kitchen. The premises has a hot tub and it beach front property. Laundry is also located right next door for convenience. Step out of the building and you have breakfast, lunch and dinner options all within a short walking distance.

We stayed here for a quick weekend to visit our daughter at SDSU. You simply cannot find a better location. The condo building and unit are rather old and could use some updating but its definitely clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay here and the communication with the owner was great! We will come back!

Everything was great once we got there. We had to call VRBO who then had the property manager call us but that was about an hour before checkin. Frustrating. Eventually it all came together and we had great time. Beautiful views and amazing location. We parked our car and didnt move it for 4 days.

This was a great place! Perfect size for the four of us, the beds were super comfy, and the view from our balcony was wonderful! We even saw some dolphins! All the amenities were nearby. It was perfect!

Location can't be beat and the views from the balcony were incredible! Steps from beautiful Pacific Beach and incredible restaurants, shops and bars. Having a designated parking spot was also a huge plus. The unit is very well equipped for a comfortable and cozy stay. Hosts were helpful and accommodating.

This was a pleasant surprise. I was looking to get closer to the beach to minimize travel time. I not only got that, but it was beachfront. In talking with Angela, she let me know that there were 2 brand new sofas brought up on our arrival day Being able to watch the waves while having a coffee on the patio. They aren't very large, but they work! The location was amazing. To many restaurants to eat at all of them. We looked both Thai places a block out two away. Firehouse has a great happy hour, everything is 50% off. Ralph's is a block away and CVS is across the street. There is a Tuesday Farmers Market along the north side of CVS. Lots of organic produce and food trucks. Or favorite family things was going to the Baked Bear for custom I've cream sandwiches. It's not cheap, but it was worth it for us for a together moment. The main Life Guard station is in front of the building. They have a manual Beach wheelchair for people who use a wheelchair, like me. There is a motorized on at the Life Guard stand at South Mission Beach has a motorized on (there was one at Coronado a few years ago).Driving to Mission Beach to go to the Belmont Amusement Park a PAIN!!! There were no parking spots, even for disabled spots. It was during the World Cup, but is that way often. You will love this place. Location, comfort (2 bathrooms) and PARKING.We are already planning on staying there next year. Thank you Angela.

Great location

Unit was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished and supplied. There is a good ocean view which you can enjoy from inside the unit in addition to the balcony. Many dining choices of all types within very easy walking distance. The included parking place is a huge plus in this location as otherwise parking is challenging. Owners were flexible, responsive and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful view, great location, easy beach access, and close to restaurants and coffee shops. Communication was excellent and check-in was seamless. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

This family trip was great. Perfect location and some had never been to the ocean. Loved every minute of it. Angela and Nikolas were very accommodating and helpful. Definitely will book here again. TIL we meet again San Diego
