Quiet area, 10 minutes on foot or by bike from the centre of the village, the market, port and beach.
Charming villa: for happy, relaxing holidays, we wanted to create a warm ambience in the style of Île de Ré.
Spacious rooms accommodating 6 people. Open-plan kitchen, full equipment, TV TNS foreign channels, DVD, telephone, Wifi Internet access, Canal+, Canal Sat.

Excellent location and well equipped

This is a very well presented and equipped property in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. It is a perfect base for exploring La Flotte and the Ile de Re. Great pool, perfect for relaxing in.

Outstanding!!

We stayed for a week , family of 4, 2 girls age 8 and 13. When we arrived we was greeted by the host who was so welcoming. Gave us a tour of the villa and showed us how everthing worked. Beautiful touches of fresh flowers and a even a bottle of wine ... The villa was outstanding...perfect location 15 min walk to the harbour. We ate out most nights but when we stayed in and cooked the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Home from home. The pool was amazing perfect temperature, the whole family made use of it day and night. This is the 2nd time to island i would definitely book this villa again. The photos dont do it justice It far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!!!

Exceptionell

Ausgezeichnet. Sehr schönes Haus. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch bei Kleinigkeiten hat die Villa ein wunderschönen Gesamtkonzept. Alles ist vorhanden, auch was man zum Kochen und Braten braucht. Eine vollständige und vollzählige Ausstattung, funktionell und in sehr gutem, gepflegten Zustand. Auch hierbri geschmackvoll. Beeindruckend. Die Zimmer, die Bäder, die Außenanlage, der beheizte Pool, die Liegestühle alles stimmig, alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Clou ist die Sommerküche mit der Plancha. Zusammengefasst: Eine Top-Unterkunft für einen wunderschön entspannenden Urlaub. Ich würde 6 von 5 Sternen vergeben :-)

Une propriété très calme à 10 mn du centre de la flotte a pied,, bien conçue, avec de belles prestations (piscine, cuisine extérieure, tout l'électroménager, décoration ...). Un garage pour votre voiture. Bouquet de fleur et une bouteille de vin vous attendent. Très propre, un propriétaire à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons. Carole et Bruno.

A fantastic week at this beautiful house

We had such a perfect week at this beautiful house in La Flotte. The Ile de Re is our happy place as a family - cycling, beautiful beaches, towns, markets and seafood. The pool was such a lovely temperature and the house was perfect for us. We hope to be back soon

Superbe maison moderne; très agréable. La piscine chauffée nous a beaucoup plu. Propriétaires très gentils qui vous présentent leur île avec amour. Nous serions bien restés encore un peu plus longtemps.

Un îlot de calme près de l'océan

Maison chaleureuse, spacieuse et fonctionnelle dans un environnement calme, où chacun peut s'isoler s'il le souhaite. L'impression d'être dans un petit havre de paix, tout pour se ressourcer... Le centre du village est très agréable, restos, boutiques... tout y est... avec un coup de cœur pour le marché médiéval... un vrai plaisir que d'y acheter des produits locaux... Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires toujours disponibles.

Magnifique!

Cette maison est superbe! Nous avons eu un temps merveilleux ici. Avec 4 adultes et 3 enfants de la maison sentait encore grande avec un véritable sens de l'espace et de la lumière. L'emplacement était parfait pour nous avec une courte promenade dans le centre de La Flotte. La maison est très bien équipée et dispose d'un très haut niveau. Ce fut notre première fois sur l'île et nous allons certainement être de retour à La Flotte et de la maison. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour! This house is superb! We had a wonderful time here. With 4 adults and 3 children the house still felt large with a real sense of space and light. The location was perfect for us with a short walk in to La Flotte centre. The house is extremely well equipped and has a very high standard. This was our first time on the island and we will definitely be returning to La Flotte and to the house. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Endroit vraiment magique

Vraiment un bel endroit que l'on a pas envie de quitter. Tout y est. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, la villa magnifique décorée avec beaucoup de soins et de goût , entourant une piscine chauffée. Les petites attentions à laquelle on ne s'attend pas (peignoirs de bains)...etc enfin tout quoi.....une location à recommander, sans aucun doute.

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour meme si le soleil n''était pas trop présent Maison moderne très bien équipée,propre, arrangée avec beaucoup de gout ,tout est pensé pour que vous vous sentiez bien dès votre arrivée.Le petit plus les peignoirs de bain, les serviettes de bain,les draps ainsi que les torchons fournis ça de moins à laver quand on rentre à la maison Environnement très calme ,le lieu se suffit à lui meme Que dire de plus ....rien ...et les propriétaires sont sont aussi charmants que la maison.. Alors essayez et vous verrez!!"
