Kick back on your own privately furnished balcony, sipping a beverage while taking in the lovely view of the ocean. There's so much to enjoy inside this relaxed condo! Inside, central air conditioning will keep everyone cool as you enjoy a favorite show on the flatscreen TV. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and a breakfast bar perfect for casual meals. Younger guests can relax in the built-in bunk beds, and guests of the main bedroom can enjoy an en suite bathroom to themselves. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, fitness room, and much more during their stay.

The living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.
Beach towels are available for guest use.
Gated entrance.
Elevator in building.
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice condo- elevators were a problem

The condo is nice and well done. The elevators are a huge problem in this complex and I wouldn't rent there again because of them.

I would stay in this unit again!!

The condo was nice, except for a few minor cleaning issues. The elevator problem was a huge issue!! We waited an hour for an elevator to go up!!

Our room was well decorated. It felt very comforting. My family really enjoyed the patio area. The master bathroom is updated very nicely. Although the master bedroom is small it was clean and well kept. It does get steamy in the master bathroom from the shower but no big problem. I didn't like the ring doorbell camera right outside the room. Seem a little sketchy.

Family vacay

We stayed and loved the view. The convenience of the mini store was amazing. It gets very crowded and theres no a/c on elevators though. The pools and elevators and halls and parking are sooooooooo over crowded. The check-in and grtting a luggage cart is ridiculous and no air at all on the walkway whete you happen to get the luggage cart. The condo was amazing, just eish they left more than 1 garbage bag. We loved the beach and that our condo cane with 2 chairs on the beach with umbrella. The staff is on and off and takes a while to actually get a response once you call and do the text if you need items or gelp with the room/condo. We needed 2 blankets and was 0 in the condo. It took till the afternoon of the 2nd day to get them. The beds are all so very comfy and sleeps well. Our condo had a great array of dishes and cookware and even a jimmy buffet margarita ville mixer and ooooooo perfection lol.

We were relocated to this unit bc of other condo had no ac. The actual room is amazing but the resort is way too crowded and too many kids. No breeze on beach from building being too big and just people everywhere.
