Negril house
The reason I booked this house in the first place was because it had 3 beds, we have a group of 4 so it would have worked out perfectly. The advertisement on the website said that there would be wifi, a pool, a washer and dryer, and ammenities. When we got to the house the the lady came down to get us, when we were walking back to the house the place was very run down and clearly the pictures on the website have not been updated in years. The house was nothing like promised on the listing, and the host was anything but helpful. When talking to the host about the condition of the house, she had no sympathy and reguard for our stay. Overall I am very unsatisfied with the
experience I had with my stay. I use communication to my advantage and had she communicated nothing would be working, or our stay would be completely altered, we wouldnt be here.
