1st Tier Beach Home w/ heated pool & Gulf Views!

This is a 3 bed, 3 bath 1ST TIER home w/ heated pool. Large balconies throughout guaranteeing great ocean views. We are located in a small, quiet neighborhood. This means our beach is never crowded.

*Every bedroom has full en suite bathroom*
*Every bedroom has a Gulf facing balcony*

Home sleeps 10. Private heated pool, outdoor shower, grill, and beach toys & (4) beach chairs. Pet Friendly!

Washer and dryer, digital HD cable, & free WIFI for your use.

Living Room:

Features a 65" Samsung Smart TV. Right outside the living room is a large porch with great views! Sofa is a pullout queen.


Kitchen:

All needed cookware, all necessary small and large appliances (including dishwasher), table seating for 6.


Master Bedroom 1:

Features a king size bed w/ 600 count linens, 55" Samsung Smart TV, and dresser. Full ensuite bathroom and direct access to ocean-facing balcony.


Master Bedroom 2:

Features a king size bed w/ 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, and dresser. Full ensuite bathroom and direct access to ocean-facing balcony.


Bedroom 3 (Family or Kid's Suite):

Features built-in bunk beds and a king size bed sleeping 4 w/ 600 count linens and flatscreen TV. Full ensuite bathroom and direct access to ocean-facing balcony.


Other things to note
This is a single family residence. You are renting the entire home!

1 dog up to 50 pounds or 2 dogs up to 25 pounds each are allowed for a $250 fee. Contact me to pay.


Monthly / Snowbirds:
January and February are monthly only.


The pool can be heated November through March for $400.00 per week and April, May and October for $250.00 per week, paid separately. Contact us after booking. We only offer exceptions to our cancellation policy for a mandatory evacuation of the area due to a tropical storm or hurricane. If you would like protection in case something else arises that may cause a change to your travel plans, we recommend you purchase independent travel insurance.
Must be 24 years old or older to rent.

Great location! A short walk to the beach and an easy drive to Indian Pass and Port St Joe. We loved the house, pool, and porches. We would definitely book again

BYOF - Bring Your Own Fork

Quiet neighborhood even with construction next door and across the street. Home laid out ok for a family of 4-5. 2 bedrooms with single beds are pretty small. Connection to the upper porch is nice. Single small living space with a couch to seat 3 and 2 chairs. Wagon and 6 newer beach chairs were a plus.Kitchen furnishings were greatly lacking - qty of plates, bowls, forks; 2 dull kitchen knives; few glassware; can opener shot. Plan to wash dishes often if you cook much or have more than 2-3 in your party. For a home advertised sleep 10… plan to share forks. Home is currently for sale… and has several maintenance needs… starting with the main door which has to be shoved to open or close. Been that way a long time judging by the rub marks. Kitchen faucet, bath faucet, and 1 shower head all need attention too. Toilet tanks were set only half full, so flushed poorly until adjusted. Also the pool light needs to be secured. Found falling out so laid on side of pool to mitigate the shock hazard. Needs some porch furniture and stairs to connect the upper / lower porches and hose for spraying down feet / gear / dog from the beach trips. Also… BOLO… for bears and coyotes. Watched them raid the trash twice. Lot of trash litter in adjacent undeveloped lot and back behind the pool. The house is a regular stop for the bear after dark. Beach access indicated in photos is a mix of sand path and decking. There is another decked access to the left leaving the driveway.

Amazing place, look out for Bear

Amazing place, location, owner. Everything went smoothly, our only hiccup was that a bear enjoys what you leave in the trash cans (uncontrollable). Double check to request the heated pool to be turned on if you go when the water is chilly.

Just what we needed

House was perfect for 2 adults, 2 teens & 2 preteens. Location was nice, just a short drive to the trading post & restaurants. Shorts walk to the beach & the beach was amazing

Amazing trip

We loved our stay here, we loved the pool, short walk to the beach, everything was just like the photos show, host was very quick to respond to any issues. We will for sure look to return. Only negative it didn’t last long enough!!!!!

Home was an easy walk to beach. Overall the home was ok. It’s in need of some up keep and some repairs. The pool needs some repairs too.

Kids loved the pool

Overall the house was nice for a week at the beach. It is an older house that could use some maintenance (ex. light bulbs) but the owner is quick to respond. The beach is a bit of a walk but the boardwalk directly across from the house doesn’t have any stairs, which is appreciated when pulling a wagon. The pool was great! It was the perfect size to entertain the kids. The grill situation could be improved, so I would check it out first before planning to grill all week. There is construction adjacent to the house but it wasn’t noisy.

Great Stay @ Cape San Blas

The house was a little older then expected but was very clean when we arrived. It is a long walk out to the beach making it a bit challenging with kids but we managed. Bring your bug spray as they are bad around the house being close to a marshy area. The pool was great to have with the kids. Communication was great.

Cozy home on a beautiful beach

We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back again! The beach is a short 5 minute walk over the boardwalk. The pool was an awesome thing to have for the kids and the fact that it was a little offset from the house and fenced in, made me feel much safer with the kids. John was communicative through our visit and was very pleasant to chat with. I would recommend this stay to family and friends,
