Located just 25 minutes North of Davenport in Deer Meadows on Lake Roosevelt. We are restoring the golf course property that has been closed for many years, come join us and share these spectacular views! Rooms are ready now and full restaurant and bar to open later in the year Just min away from multiple boat launches and swimming holes. A great family friendly place to stay!

Checkin was only possible thanks to the ladies in the restaurant on the bottom level. My VRBO said I had a specific room # and access code. Code didn’t work. No cell service in this area for me and I’m Verizon. Had to connect to restaurant WiFi. One of the ladies contacted the host. They had given the room I was notified of to someone else. Checked in to a different number with code provided.

The owner has done a nice job renovating an older property. Some of the touches like vinyl wood plank flooring is a nice upgrade vs your typical hotel room carpet as well as the wood feature wall behind the bed. Bathroom also had some nice touches like in shower shampoo/body soap dispenser. Comfortable side chair and small table area. Bed was firm but I like firm mattresses. I would recommend softer pillows. Nice view of lake but to get to the water, it is a short drive to marina. Access is more old style with entryway on outside of room (vs inner hallway) so if busy, folks would walk by your window but it was not busy when we were there. Overall, we thought a good value especially when traditional hotels have raised their rates so much post Covid.

Room was recently remodeled very nicely.

Great bed and pillows and quiet place for a great night sleep. Took a long walk in the morning, and breakfast at the Ft Spokane Restaurant 😎

Such a beautiful area. The location and set up is phenomenal. Tanya was great at communicating with me prior to the trip.

The property is not completely done yet, but the room was nice and clean. Communication with Tanya was great and we will be back in the future. We are also looking forward to the restaurant, which will have a great view.

New rooms everything brand new

Overall it was great. Since it was under construction on the outside and other rooms (lower floor and other side of the buildings) I know they are in the process of making great. But at the moment the parking was not good at all. Lacks landscaping But I’m sure it will be great soon. As they are working on it everyday. The host was so helpful as we needed a few things she forgot to put in the room because I think we where the first person to ever rent that exact room. She was able to get us it with in minutes. (Thankfully) definitely we will be renting again. Can’t wait to see the progress next time we go back. Plus I would love to stay on the view side of the building next time. That side has amazing views. (Those rooms where still under construction as well)
