The property was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had almost all the utensils we looked for and certainly enough to be serviceable. The master bathroom has a huge tub that was very clean as well. The location is also convenient- walking distance to beach access, putt-putt, and plenty of tasty restaurants. We didn’t end up using it, but there was also a trolley stop right outside of the condo building. The views from the balcony were also superb for watching beautiful sunrises. The only downside was that it’s pretty noisy with traffic and some construction sounds. I would absolutely consider renting this location again if we return to Clearwater.

Thank you for your kind review! Glad you enjoyed to sunrises from the balcony and all the restaurants and fun within walking distance. Being right in the heart of Clearwater Beach does bring some traffic. The sunrise photos you posted were spectacular! Keep us in mind for your next visit!

The condo was perfect! Very clean and spacious for our family of 5. The condo has beautiful views (we saw dolphins from our balcony almost every day) and we had great communication with the host. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and Pier 60. Sadly we didn’t get great weather while we were there, but we were so thankful to have a beautiful, comfortable condo to spend time in during rain storms. We would definitely stay again, and highly recommend.

Diane was a great host. We didn’t need much communication at all, just a check in to see if all was ok. All instructions were easily understood and made the whole process very simple. Now the property. We were blown away. The place has plenty of room, clean, a great view and walking distance or trolley to just about anything you need. The balcony is private and spacious. The beach maybe a 7min walk and beautiful. Place also has plenty beach supplies as well. I would recommend for a family or just a couple adults getting together, This place has it all including a host that will let you enjoy your vacation. Thank you Dianne! We will be back!

We fell in love with Clearwater Beach years ago and have been welcoming guests to our condo ever since. We enjoy sharing our favorite local spots, from the marina to the best breakfast nearby to the quiet stretch of beach at sunset/sunrise, and we're always just a message away if you need a recommendation during your stay.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Everything is within walking distance. Pier 60 is just a short stroll away, along with the marina where you can catch a pirate boat cruise, a dolphin-watching tour, or a fishing charter. It's a lively, walkable stretch of Clearwater Beach with something new to explore every day.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our condo has a true private balcony, one of only 7 units in the entire building with this feature. Because of where it sits, no other unit can see onto it, so you have complete privacy while taking in panoramic views of Clearwater Bay. Extra windows throughout the condo bring in plenty of natural light, and even both bathrooms have their own windows, a small touch you won't find in most vacation condos.
