Guests can easily enjoy the city’s vibrant dining, shopping, and cultural attractions, then return home to a serene neighborhood that feels like a true escape.

This ground-floor home is designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind, whether you prefer cozy time indoors or fun-filled days outside. The covered patio provides an inviting outdoor lounge space complete with comfortable seating, a dining area, and a private gas grill—perfect for leisurely family barbecues or evening gatherings. From here, a private courtyard entry leads into the fenced pool area, where you’ll find a sparkling heated (for a fee) pool, spa, an additional dining space, and three chaise lounges ideal for soaking up the desert sun.

Inside, the open floor plan creates a warm and welcoming environment that brings the kitchen, dining area, and living room together. Guests can curl up by the gas fireplace for movie nights on the large Smart TV, or whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and ample cookware. With seating for six at the dining table and four more at the breakfast bar—plus a convenient wet bar—this home makes it easy to enjoy everything from casual breakfasts to evening cocktails with friends.

The home features three inviting bedrooms, each offering comfort and style. The main bedroom includes an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo, while the guest bedroom/office offers a Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, and shared access to a full bathroom with the third bedroom. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
