Spring Break 2024

Great location, cute condo! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the mattresses were uncomfortable. I am not sure how old they are but it may be time to buy new mattresses or add some padding.

A Picture Is Not Worth a Thousand Words

We would NOT recommend you rent this unit. While the resort is well located and the front desk staff is friendly & helpful, this unit is not a “home away from home”. The owner of this unit could not have cheaped this place any more than she did. Our first week was ruined by having to get delayed maintenance done: broken down mattress that caused me excruciating pain; broken light/fan fixture; busted thermostat, lack of kitchen utensils, couldn’t even provide a box of tissues, etc. – things that should have been attended to before we arrived. Instead, management’s approach is to wait for complaints. That means the renter must suffer and use up precious vacation time to make it right. There are still other problems that need fixing that we didn’t complain about. We didn’t come here to help this owner make her condo right. We will never rent this unit again and may never stay here again hearing from other renters. They had similar complaints as we (worn out mattresses, poor lighting, sofas with cushions that are past their prime) and felt helpless to do anything but suffer. This is management’s fault because they aren’t checking units effectively, just waiting for complaints. Do not let the pictures you see fool you into thinking this unit is spacious. The pictures were taken with a fish-eye lens, distorting the truth. VRBO word count limits what else you should know. I’m sorry.

Good stay

Everything was mostly as expected. Only complaint(s) I would have: mattresses need to be replaced. King mattress was end of life - broken down almost completely on one side. Girls complained about comfort of mattresses on bunk beds as well. Cleanliness of condo was acceptable, but could use a deep cleaning on baseboards, doors, walls and floors. Otherwise, great location and we had a wonderful time.

Great location!

We ha d a great time! Easy check in and easy to find. Close to a lot of great shopping and food options. Having the close and easy beach access was a definite bonus! Would recommend and stay again in the future.

Basic but clean

The second bedroom is tiny. Nothing upscale in this place. Balcony small but view is very nice. Master bedroom quite nice but mattress not too comfortable.

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. The unit had everything our family needed and was in an ideal location on beautiful Madeira Beach. Would stay here again.

Small but great place

I was just annoyed because when I was checking in they told me I needed my dog vaccinations paper ,which no one told me I had to bring .but Thankfully they ended up letting me to check in and my vet had to fax them the paper the next day Other than that I had a great time

Spring break family getaway

The condo was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and had the basic necessities we needed so we could enjoy day 1 and not have to worry about rushing to the store immediately. The listing was 100% as advertised and the check in and out was quick and easy. The main bedroom was very spacious and the 2nd BR with bunks was a little smaller so my 18 ur old son opted for the pullout. We found some great restaurants (MiddleGround was a favorite) in the area. Beach was a simple walk across the street and wasn’t too crowded despite being spring break. A great 4 day get away.

Family holiday

We found this location excellent! The view of the bay & boats was great! You only had to walk across the street to the beach. Walking distance to Johns Pass where there are shops and restaurants. It is pet friendly which we like because we travel with our dog. Lots of dogs were there. Over 95% of dog owners were very responsible. The only thing the unit needs are some hot pads for cooking. We home to return!

Perfect location

Perfect spot for my wife and I for a long weekend stay. Beach directly across the street, walk to the shopping district, restaurants jet set skis, etc. Would definitely recommend for a long weekend getaway

Great place! Felt safe

My family has been on lockdown since March so making the decision to leave our house wasn’t an easy one but other than the folks at the front desk we really didn’t run into any other guests (though they were certainly there). Everyone was great about keeping their distance. The unit was spotless when we arrived. Great condo close to everything. While it is technically across the street from the beach it takes about 2 minutes to get there.
