Madeira Bay Resort was great! Our particular unit was a bit dated but clean. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Very enjoyable.

Great Deal - Clean - and Convenient

We gathered as family from all over the state. This location is great in that it is a 5 min walk to the beach with a crosswalk at the front door. The room was very clean and they had a LOT of extra things available - beach items, beach wagon, games, kitchen items, even an air-fryer. The ONLY down is that parking is tight. They did work with us as they could and they really bent over to help us... but their lot is small. IF they cannot accommodate your extra vehicle you will need to park overnight to the tune of about $35 a night... that is pricey if you stay for a week. However, they did help as much as they could and we were grateful. Just fair warning. The staff was super friendly - the place is clean. Everything was great overall and we would stay here again. Oh, and John's Pass was about 5 min walk away - which provides evening activities. Seriously a good deal compared to other offerings in area.

Family vacation

Everything was perfect except for all the knats in the condo. They were there when we got there and we never left food out. I stayed on the 3rd floor and noticed a trash can by the elevator. When I opened it knats flew out. I didn’t want to complain because we had a great time but this should be taken care of.

A great home away from home stay!

Loved the brightness of the room even though we were not in there most of our stay. The rooms simply put you in a good mood-now I want my house to have the same layout!

This was a wonderful location. Close enough to the pass to walk. Right at a crosswalk so it was super easy access to the beach. Condo was well stocked with chairs, wagon and anything else we would need for a day at the beach. Everything was excellent

Condo needs attention

Condo was in need of major updates. Furniture and lack of was very uncomforable and very dirty . Blood dirt stains in the pillows. No lighting unless you use the bright overhead lights, Main bathroom showers tiles are missing and gross. The floor mouldings are coming apart On the side bedroom patio all the rusty tables chairs and the beach stuff was pile in a loose bundle like they threw it into a bundle

Fun weekend

My husband, friends and I all had a WONDERFUL weekend! We were so close to shops, food, and the BEACH! We used the wagon for beach which came in helpful. This space is a corner unit which was neat! Updated. Clean. We would definitely come back and we would even try to get this specific room again too!!
