At the foot of the Rosière slopes and close to shops, Résidence Le Roc Noir will seduce you with its ideal location!
The Residence is located at the foot of the Espace San Bernardo ski area, an international area which links La Rosière to Italy and which offers 160 kilometers of slopes of all levels.
Access to ski schools and the departure of the ski lifts are directly from the residence and all shops are nearby. Surface area : about 96 m². 2nd floor. View mountain and valley. Level 0 : Living room with balcony, pull-out sofa (2 couchages 80x190). Bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200). Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x200). Kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Shower room with shower. Separated WC. Level 1 : Bedroom with shower, 2 twin beds (90x200), shower room. Bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200). Bathroom with bath-tub. Separated WC. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
