• We do have exterior security cameras that are checked only in cases of security concerns or questions, there are no indoor security devices


The pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1 through April 30 for an additional charge of $60 per reservation night and you must let us know ahead of time as it may take a while to get the pool heated for your arrival. This is the standard outdoor pool heating temperature for properties in the winter in Phoenix. We cannot issues refunds if you arrive and feel the pool is too cool or too warm despite the heater working as described. We cannot accommodate requests to heat the pool to a warmer or cooler temperature and we cannot accommodate requests for heating the pool for only part of the stay.

No events held on the property without explicit permission from hosts.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets of any kind or service animals due to health issues of our family members that stay at the property from time to time.

We have Nest smart thermostats, the house can be cooled to 72 degrees and heated to 75 degrees by turning the thermostat to select your desired temperature. The thermostats detect motion and will default to 'away mode' if no motion is detected for several hours during the day.

This is an ideal space for families. We are a family ourselves, not a property management company, and hope to make your stay as peaceful and memorable as possible. Because of this, unfortunately we are not a party house!

Noise ordinances are in place and strictly enforced in Scottsdale. Violations of this may result in loss of deposit.

No tobacco use of any sort (tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, cigars, etc) and if evidence of this is found after checkout this may result in loss of deposit.

No extra guests are allowed to stay overnight that exceed the number of guests on the initial reservation. Violation of this may result in loss of deposit.

If our cleaners charge us for excess cleaning and/or excess trash, we will forward that cost to you. This is typically only the case if there’s a party that we don’t allow for anyway.

Our cleaners leave two rolls of paper towel, 5 trash bags, 10 dishwasher pods, 10 laundry pods, and 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

No pets inside or outside.

Use of the fireplaces inside the home are strictly off-limits, please do not leave the outdoor firepit unattended when in use.

Perfect Stay for Our Family!

The house was spacious, clean, and in a fantastic location. The big yard and pool were a huge hit with our kids—they spent hours swimming and playing outside. The owner’s communication was excellent, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Better than advertised!

We couldn’t be happier with the property, and Emily & Joe were fantastic to work with. The back yard is phenomenal, and despite cooler than average temps the week we stayed, we couldn’t have asked for a better space for our family vacation. Having 2 master bedrooms made accommodating our immediate family plus grandparents super easy, and the location was close to everything!We’ll absolutely look to stay here again next time we visit the area!

Great place and hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay at this home. The hosts were very responsive. The location was convenient, the neighborhood was lovely and very quiet. We loved the very large yard, the fire pit, and the fountain water feature in the pool. House was very clean, thoughtfully furnished. We would love to come back to it again!

Great Vacation Location

Family vacation for the week of Thanksgiving. Everything is as it appears. Outdoor space is great. I cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner and only had to buy a roasting pan for the turkey. Well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Very safe, walkable neighborhood. Great communication with owner.

Perfect Spring Break

We had an amazing stay at this property. My family of four stayed here and we had way more room than we needed. All 4 bedrooms were spacious, clean, nice linens, and each had a ceiling fan. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is stunning!! Obviously our favorite part was the salt water pool and we spent a ton of time swimming. We chose to have the pool heated since it was April and very glad we did. The house is in a great neighborhood, super clean and the owners were easy to communicate with. We will 100% be back to stay here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful Property, great pool, nice big yard!

This house had everything we wanted for our Spring Break vacation in Scottsdale! It has two master bedrooms with King beds and attached bathrooms, and two other bedrooms with 2 full size beds in one and one full size in the other. A huge bathroom for those two rooms, with double sinks. And even a powder room style bathroom off the kitchen, in the laundry room as well. Perfect for families! The neighborhood is quiet and serene, with a huge yard for the kids to play tons of fun games and sports while we were there! The pool is super beautiful, with an attached slide that even the adults enjoyed! Plenty of outdoor sunshine with areas for shade if wanted. We even enjoyed our morning coffee next to the outdoor fireplace each day. The owners were super helpful and nice, with quick communication about anything. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc for us (we cook a lot!). The location is so perfect! It seemed that every single place we went was within 15-20 minutes drive! It was nice to have a two car attached garage to park in to keep the sun off the vehicles. This house was the perfect getaway for two families who like to travel together (best friend adults, and best friend kids!)! Definitely worth a full star review! Thank you Emily and Joe!

Beautiful home

We are a family of 5 (children ages 8, 11 & 12) plus my mother-in-law. We were traveling for the US National Fencing Tournament and decided to extend our stay to enjoy some vacation time. The house had a perfect setup for us. There is a master with a private bathroom on one end of the house which my mother-in-law slept in. On the other end of the house there was another very large master with private bath, 2 more bedrooms and a main bathroom. The house was great for relaxing in and everyone had their own space. It was VERY hot in Scottsdale during our stay. The beautiful pool was put to a lot of use! The kids LOVED the water slide. The entire property is very private and beautifully landscaped. There were ample loungers around the pool including a few that were under misters which felt SO good in the heat. There were plenty of beach towels for us to use too! In the evening the bistro lights came on in the backyard and it was beautiful. The location can't be beat. The neighborhood was very nice & quiet. The house was located close to lots of restaurants and was a quick drive to downtown. The owners were super responsive to any questions we had and we appreciated that. If we are ever back in Scottsdale, we would absolutely rent this house again!

Beautiful home and property

This was the perfect property for our friends group trip. This was the best stocked rental we've ever stayed in. All the kitchen appliances and utensils you might need to cook. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. There was even a pantry with spices and other essentials. The home owners were easy to communicate with and even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. There's a large backyard and we loved the pool. The house had games and activities to keep everyone busy. I'll book again and take my kids as this would be a great house for vacationing with children.
