Beautifully updated home in the perfect location for exploring the Black Hills and Hill City! Walk downtown or hop on the 110 mile Mickelson trail system just a few blocks from the house! You will be delighted by the clean, bright open space and low cleaning fee!

With a modern kitchen, two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation home is perfect for a family or two couples that want to enjoy all that the Black Hills have to offer and relax and enjoy the evenings.

This home boasts an additional bonus area with futon, washer and dryer, two sitting areas and a large back deck with gas grill.

The Villa is located just up the hill from the 1880 steam train depot and museum. You can wave at the tourists on the train as it rolls into the station but rest assured, the train won’t wake you from your slumber. It only runs a few times a day and is barely heard from inside the house! It’s sure to be a highlight of your stay!

The Villa is not a good fit for large groups or anyone traveling with a big rig (off street parking is required by the city-please inquire before booking if you have a camper, trailer, etc.).

This rental is for the entire main floor of the home. A basement with completely separate entrance is not included in this rental and is reserved for use by owners.

This home is equipped with security camera directed towards the front door.

The house was very nice. It was in a central location that made visiting multiple parks easy. The house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. The host was very responsive if we had an issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. We could watch the 1880 train from the back porch. The house was so clean. Comfortable furniture and beds. Everything was awesome. Great location. Central to all of the things that we wanted to do. We loved it. Definitely recommend!!!!!

Property was very clean and welcoming! It felt like we were at home. Very well equipped and spacious. I would highly recommend this property and would return myself. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with me. Located close to the shops and restaurants in town and within walking distance.

The property felt like home. Super clean, well furnished and very roomy. The location was perfect with a great view of downtown Hill City off the back deck. We could not have asked for anything better. Glynda was extremely accommodating, suggesting we arrive earlier than the scheduled time bc the property had not been used the night before and was ready.We will re-visit South Dakota soon and definitely choose to stay again at this property.Thank you Glynda

We enjoyed our stay at Glynda's. The house is clean, spacious, and decorated in a way that makes you feel at home. You could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and activities in Hill City, but we chose to drive since my elderly mom was traveling with us. The only thing that took some getting used to was the second full bathroom being at the opposite end of the house as the first bedroom. Thankfully, one of the bedrooms had an en suite bathroom, which we gave to my mom. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Hill City.

Only 5 stars doesn't compare to what I could give. At least a perfect 10. We could not have asked for a better home away from home. The location was near everything we wanted to see. Speaking of everything, the entire house was supplied with anything you could possible need. We loved the little touches such as the candles on the table, pillows on the couch and the train whistle. Great location

We enjoyed using Hill City as our hub for seeing the area. It’s close to so many attractions and outdoor adventures. The house was cute and had everything we needed for our visit.

Such a fun place

Loved the wonderful house, nice deck, enjoyed the train and we even had dear come into the yard daily. The town is fun to walk through and walkable from the house. perfect place to be that is a short drive to great things to see.
