Welcome to Estancia Resort. Relax and enjoy Southern Utah in this spacious home. The generous kitchen, living and dining areas provide a feeling of openness and can accommodate a crowd. The floorplan has 4 bedrooms and each has its own attached bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to the wrap around balcony which overlooks the pool and recreation complex. This beautiful condo sleeps 12 comfortably. Relax in the heated pool and hot tub with your family. Book now!



The Space:

Welcome to Estancia Resort, your spacious and family-friendly home base for enjoying all that Southern Utah has to offer. This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation rental comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is fully stocked with everything you need to relax, explore, and entertain.



Inside, you’ll find a generous open-concept living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, and plenty of seating for groups. The kitchen features all the essentials and more—including a coffee maker, crock pot, griddle, mixer, grilling tools, and even plasticware for the kids and poolside use.



Each of the four bedrooms includes its own private en suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for every guest:

Take a 10-minute drive to Snow Canyon, or enjoy a scenic 45-minute drive to Zion National Park. You’re also close to Tuacahn Amphitheater, athletic tournaments, marathons, and seasonal events that make St. George a year-round destination.



Whether you’re here to relax or adventure, this vacation rental offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and access to everything Southern Utah has to offer.

Getting Around:

St. George is easy to navigate, and having your own vehicle is highly recommended for getting around and exploring the area. While SunTran (the city’s bus system) offers limited routes, most visitors prefer the flexibility of driving, especially for day trips and outdoor adventures.



Uber and Lyft are available, though wait times can vary—especially during busy weekends, holidays, or evenings. Taxis are limited but can be arranged in advance.



St. George is perfectly located for exploring Southern Utah’s iconic destinations. Approximate drive times to nearby attractions:



Zion National Park – 1 hour (40 miles)



Bryce Canyon National Park – 2 hours 15 minutes (140 miles)



Grand Canyon (North Rim) – 2 hours 30 minutes (120 miles)



Las Vegas, Nevada – 1 hour 45 minutes (120 miles)



St. George typically enjoys mild winters and hot, dry summers. If you're planning to visit higher elevations like Cedar Breaks or Brian Head, be prepared for winter driving conditions in colder months.





Free parking is available on-site, and most major attractions in and around St. George have accessible parking as well.

Dear VRBO Support Team,I am writing to report several issues with our host related to payment processing and the property’s condition. The host’s credit card system was not functioning and directed us to call (435) 313-5143; no one answered, and I received a text instructing me to “text instead.” She also confused our reservation with another guest’s and sent incorrect information. Our final payment, due October 7, was not processed, and after multiple follow-ups, we finally received a Square link on November 1 that was 51.07 higher than the remaining balance shown on VRBO. She later acknowledged the error, apologized, and I completed the payment.When we arrived at the property, some of the bedding appeared dirty. It was unclear whether it was stained or simply not washed, but we did not feel comfortable using it. If the bedding is stained, it should be replaced or, at minimum, a new duvet cover should be provided. The blanket we pulled from the closet also appeared stained and should be replaced. There was a noticeable layer of dust on the bed headboards and light fixtures, indicating these areas are not cleaned regularly. The shower curtain had visible stains that appeared to be bodily fluids, almost as if someone had a nosebleed, and the carpet in that room was dirty. While the shower curtain could likely be washed, it clearly needed to be cleaned before guests arrived. While the home itself was very nice, it could have been better maintained for the amount of money.

Easy access from the highway. Very clean and spacious accommodations. Family from four different states met here for a gathering and everyone was extremely happy with the home. Would highly recommend to all.

Didn’t use the pool or the hot tub.There were only two towels or they could have been wash cloths. There needs to be more kitchen towels.The pantry door handle was broken. It didn’t have a handle on the out side of the door.Other that that is was a nice place to stay.We have booked it for next year.Kathy

Very Relaxing Family Vacation

We had a great time staying at "Desert Rendezvous". My kids loved the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. The condo was fairly clean. I did find a little popcorn in the couch when I went to relax the first day. I also found some popcorn under the bed we slept in, thus the 3 stars for cleanliness. I would stay here again.

Can I just live here please?!?

This place surpassed all of our expectations. We traveled with three couples and the number of rooms and beds available made it possible for multiple types of sleeping arrangements. Property was clean very well-maintained and the amenities were awesome. I will only look at staying here again, in fact I would ch age my travel plans just to make sure we were able to stay here when in the area. Also one important note, the elevator was an amazing amenity as some of the people we traveled with have a hard time with stairs.

Nice place. Plenty of bedrooms. Ended up using the fold out mattress on the floor in the bunk bed room, our granddaughter to tall for the top bunk and would not be able to clear the fan. Kitchen area and sitting area great, plenty of room for eating and socializing. We will stay there again!!

Comfortable home base for two families of four.

Great space for two families of four. Stayed a week and did our cooking in a well supplied kitchen. If you aren’t cooking, there aren’t good walking distance eating options. Pool and hot tub are great amenities, however the hot tub was popular with many guests. Showers in suites are open air and on the chilly side.

Beautiful home

When we checked in we noticed a few things that I wanted to document that we didn't do. Such as stained carpet. Severely too. a hole in an ottoman. And a few little other things. We were in need of a plunger and when I contacted my contact person, it took a bit for a response. There was no plunger. We ended up buying our own. Next, the place was quite dirty. Dust on furniture. The couch had sticky spots and the floor felt tacky. Remotes for the tvs were dead. backs were missing to some of them. That all being said, it is a beautiful home with an amazing lay out!!! It was so so convenient for everyone to have their own bathroom. I do love the place. If I were to stay again, I would probably clean it myself first.

Perfect Little Oasis

This place is incredible. It was clean, modern and so luxurious. Four bedrooms, each connected to its own bathroom, a huge kitchen, connected patios and a grill! The pool was awesome and we swam twice every day. This place has everything you need for a comfortable getaway. We were all very impressed and happy!

Amazing property!

This place was absolutely perfect for our 3 night stay. It was much more spacious than expected and the pictures did it no justice! Lovely decor, plenty of places to sit and relax and the balcony was a place to chill. The rooms all have adjoining bathrooms which was so awesome for all of the couples. Kitchen is well-equipped, large and spacious. Extra roll-away beds, bedding and towels were super helpful too. We will be back! Fantastic place for a group or a family. Thanks!!

Batteries and Propane not included

Our stay grew increasingly more frustrating as the communication with the property management company was horrible. There were 10 of us in our crew and only 5 pool towels. We asked for 5 more towels and the manager promptly responded we'd have more in the morning (Saturday). Well, we didn't get more towels until the day before we were leaving (Tuesday). On Sunday afternoon we went to use the grill and it was out of propane. We called for help and received an auto text they'd call right back. No one ever called back. The propane was never brought and we were never able to use the grill (which we'd planned on using multiple times). We were told it runs on natural gas from the unit but it was clearly not hooked up (I have pictures) and when we tried to communicate that to them we were led to feel as though we were wrong and they were right and again, no one ever called or came to bring more propane. Don't try to put the Lake Powell puzzle together as it's missing 15 pieces (just FYI). And, one of the bathrooms was completely void of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Last, the Roku remote in the master was missing batteries. We paid on time and in full but if I could, I'd ask for a refund based on the crappy service. We will never choose to stay with a property managed by 2nd Home Vacay because they just take your money and could care less about picking up a phone and resolving an issue. A little effort would of gone a long way!!!

Good location. Property could use some deep cleaning and maintenance. Carpets have stains, coffee maker didn’t work, kitchen isn’t stocked great. One of the TV’s didn’t work. Batteries in remotes were missing.

Great Location! Great Property!

We were attending the plays at Tuachan for 3 nights. It was a short 20 minute drive. It was easy to find the property and it was lovely. Lots of space, beautifully decorated. The internet connection was terrible so if you need to work while you're there, you could have problems. There were a few things that need fixed - broken can opener, cupboard, rusted cookie sheets. They were pretty stingy with linens in kitchen and bathrooms. One hand towel for 4-5 days, one dish towel, one washcloth in bathrooms. But overall, we really enjoyed our time there.
