You'll also enjoy access to fantastic community amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub open year-round, a playground, and two pickleball courts.
The townhome is perfectly positioned near some of the best outdoor adventures and experiences St. George has to offer. Located just above the Green Valley Gap, you'll have easy access to miles of scenic trails perfect for hiking, mountain biking, off-roading, dirt biking, and rock climbing.
