This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooks the 7th green at the Blackrock Nine at Sunbrook Golf Course. Modern, clean and light unit on the top story of the newest building at Sienna Condos with elevator for easy access. Garage parking for two vehicles. Fully furnished, the unit includes one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms outfitted in luxury linens. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooks tools you'll need for your month long or longer stay. Conveniently located, this condo is ready for your next getaway to Saint George. Please note the pool, hot tub and club house have been demolished and are under reconstruction and no completion date has been set.

Best View Ever!

Woke up to beautiful sunrises, enjoyed fiery sunsets, and loved the golf course! Great beds, laundry machines, and “fireplace.” Would love to stay here again!

Great time in St George

A really nice condo on the golf course that is outfitted nicely. Great owners are responsive and caring. Easy access and check-in, garage parking, keyless entry make this a very efficient property.

Extension of summer!

Booked this condo in May after a crazy long winter in Fargo. (Mission was to extend summer since spring never happened.) Blown away when we walked in for the first time. Beautifully appointed. Quiet. Gorgeous neighborhood. Golf course view and lots of nature. Owners were super responsive when I had a questions. Great to have a secure garage for your vehicle and stuff. Neighbors were super friendly. Heck, everyone around there is friendly 😊. Hope to be back someday. Utah is an absolute gem 💎

Great Unit! Highly recommend!

This unit is wonderful! Very spacious, very comfortable beds and linens, extremely quiet and views beautiful! We enjoyed sitting outside at night watching the sun go down, seeing roadrunners, rabbits, bats all scurrying about! We saw loads of fireworks off the balcony and front porch on Pioneer Day which was fun! Air conditioner and washing machine work great (which was needed in the middle of July with 115 degrees temperatures outside) and unit is in a great location, centrally located. Loved having the garage to keep car cool. Only negative, pool area. Pool is ok but wasn’t cleaned regularly. There was debris on bottom of the pool and leaves floating around and no net to quickly clean ourselves. Clubhouse is abandoned and this area definitely could use improvements. We swam 2 times in 2 weeks because of the conditions and sought out water activities at Quail Creek and Sand Hallow instead, which was great and highly recommend. Stephanie is wonderful to work with, quick communication and very accommodating.

Work Stay

We had long term work in the area. This code was perfectly located and very comfortable for 3 adults (non married). There was plenty of space and was well stocked.

Top quality and quiet top floor elegance!

Very well put together condo in a perfect location overlooking the golf course. Large garage that holds two cars. High end furnishings, and everything was spotless! Recommend!!

Sienna condos St George

The condo is new with an excellent view over the pond and green #7 on the Blackrock nine of Sunbrook golf course. Stephanie was great to deal with and the unit was perfect for a week of hiking and golf. The only negative was the pool area. The clubhouse was all torn up but there was no obvious remodeling going on and the pool itself needed cleaning. Otherwise loved the place and would stay again.

Great Condo at great location

This condo is beautiful & well equipped. The deck over looks golf course. We would stay here again. The only negative is the complex swimming pool did not open when expected and there is only 1 table with 4-5 chairs poolside & the table was falling apart.
