The home boasts a large private sunning beach, low tide natural shelling beach, deep water 175 foot dock for your boat, 4 kayaks, a paddle board, fishing rods, crab pots, yoga mats, and water toys! In every season, you and your family will love our shoreline playground for sunning, swimming, crabbing, building sandcastles — and memories — together.

The Point House comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The main floor Primary Bedroom Suite is a personal haven featuring a luxurious Sleep Number King bed, private balcony with sunrise to starlight views, and a spa inspired ensuite bath with oversized jetted soaking tub, bidet, double sinks, & essential oils.
Downstairs, three thoughtfully curated waterfront bedrooms offer stylish comfort for guests of all ages, along with two additional bathrooms. Each bedroom offers direct access to the patios, beach & dock. The upstairs loft provides extra sleeping space with a pull out double bed & a work from home setup with high speed Wi-Fi.
