Pet friendly 3 bedroom loft private home with in-floor radiant heat and sleeps 10 in the Grand Park neighborhood. Relax in the living room on the large sofa, gas fireplace; adjoining space has gourmet kitchen, dining. Main floor also has half bath, laundry/mud room, master bedroom. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, loft with TV, Xbox, desk space work remotely. Patio has outdoor hot tub, large Weber grill. 2-car heated garage. Two more vehicles may park in the driveway for a total of four cars.

Wonderful Place

This was our second time at this home. It's lovely and the best part is that they allow pets. You'd never know it though because it's in great shape!

Christmas ski vacation

Great property. We had 5 in our party and there was plenty of room and the 3.5 baths came in handy. Very well stocked and the hot tub was great! Would definitely stay there again.

Great ski weekend

Great space for a relaxing ski weekend. The home is very conveniently located just a few steps from the free bus to Winter Parks slopes. Accommodations were comfortable for 5 adults, an infant and even the dogs. Fantastic stay!

Great Family Gathering Place

We had our two adult children and their friends, everyone was comfortable. The 2nd floor loft is great for gaming or just a second conversation spot. (Because the loft is open to below, just remember voices carry!)Location is 5mins drive north of Winter Park, and 10-15 mins drive from Winter Park Ski Resort, and all these places are also connected by a great bike trail system only a minute bike ride from the house.

Magical Christmas

We really enjoyed our stay. Although the home was not decorated for Christmas we brought out own tree and stockings and it looked magical. Our highlights were the proximity to everything we wanted to do, the neighborhood is very quiet, a train runs behind house and you can't even hear it!! We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. My son loved all the toys they had, kept him occupied for hours. The beds are comfy, very spacious. The hot tub was very clean. We would go back 100 times

Nice, convenient home

Overall, the home was clean and very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms could have used a better supply of towels and washcloths. There are also railroad tracks close to the property so you will hear the train which woke us up a couple of times during the night. The driveway and patio were pretty icy as well.
