3 Story Condo with a rooftop at Sloans Lake in Downtown Denver

This is a charming 3 story condo located 1.7 Miles West of Mile High Stadium and Downtown Denver. This property is located just half a block away from the Light Rail station which can take you as far west as Golden, CO and as far east as the Denver International Airport. The A - Line will get you to Union Station and then go to the W - Line and it drops you off a half block from the place if you choose to take the light rail from the airport. This 2 Master Bedroom style condo will sleep 6 and has 3 full bathrooms with an additional half bath downstairs on the first floor. The comfortable layout will feel like home during any of Colorado's amazing seasons.

The automated door lock gets a little weird because of the seal and you may have to pull the handle towards you to lock the door when leaving is all. Don’t hesitate to call.

No amount of the cleaning fee is kept for profit.all of it goes to the cleaners of the house.of you’d like see the receipt don’t hesitate to ask.

Great Place to Stay

The place was very clean and had eveything that we needed. The beds were also very comfortable. It is located in a great spot where you can easily Uber/Lyft to downtown or if you rent a car, easily get on a freeway.

Wonderful condo

Great Stay!

Very nice 3 story condo and amenities. Location was good and train station in walking distance. Nick is a great host and quick to respond and offered suggestions for activities and restaurants. Rooftop was a plus for summer.

Spacious Stay in Denver

We stayed at at Nick's VRBO while attending a conference in Denver. We loved the fact that the three of us each had our own space and restrooms. We also enjoyed the deck during our stay. It was a pleasant stay and space had everything we needed.

Week Getaway

Great place to stay! My family and I stayed for a week during a softball tournament. Centrally located, well stocked with everything you would need, parking was never an issue, and clear communication with Nick. Highly recommend!

Convenient Location

Great location, clean, great view from the roof top deck of downtown Denver, comfortable rooms, and excellent communication with host! Easy access to Empower Field, Coors Field and other areas to discover!

Great stay!

We weren’t sure about the neighborhood when we first got there, but we felt safe (day and night) and it was very quiet. Good location to go downtown or to Red Rocks. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was very responsive when we needed toilet paper, which we got within 30 minutes of notifying her. Would recommend and stay again.

Awesome week in Denver

Took my family down for a much needed vacation. The condo was in a great location. It was clean, neat and well organized for our stay. Very centrally located for any downtown Denver attractions. Owner was great to communicate with and answered all my questions timely. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone.

Overall a great experience!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The townhome is very comfortable and luxurious. The property is located close to the train which makes traveling downtown quick and easy. The host was very communicative and generous. I would definitely reccomend.

What a spectacular stay!

This townhouse is even more gorgeous than it appears on the listing. It is super well appointed, in a fantastic location, and a great spot from which to explore Denver. The owner, Nick, is so easy to work with, super responsive, and amazing. Oh, and the beds were heavenly. (The bunks in the one bedroom were queen beds!) I can't wait to return.

Great location for Broncos game.

As previous reviews have stated, this is a nice, newer place in an area going through redevelopment. Short Uber ride to Mike High. Nick is great to work with and very accommodating!! Overall a very good experience.

Family vaction

The house was clean and modern. We enjoyed the great room making breakfast, watching football and playing games.The third bedroom upstairs was pretty warm and alittle uncomfortable on the hide-a-bed.
