For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning, bed linens and bathroom towel sets for the occupancy of the property.

Vacation year round in the seaside community of Narragansett! This property constructed in 2017 offers approximately 3,200 square feet of living space, tastefully decorated, and three levels to accommodate 12 guests. Located in the beach community of Scarborough Hills, it is only a five minute walk to the beach. The first level offers a comfortable family area with a large mounted flat screen TV and two large sofas. Two bedrooms that share a hall bathroom with shower complete this level. The sleeping accommodations on this level provide one room with a queen size bed, the second is a bunk room with a queen size bed for the bottom bunk, the top bunk is a twin, plus there's an additional twin bed.

The second level is perfect for the group to gather in the open living, dining and kitchen with sliding glass doors opening to the outdoor deck which also includes dining and seating areas along with a gas grill. The kitchen features an island for prepping food and extra seating, stainless steel appliances, white cabinets and stone countertops. One bedroom with a queen size mattress and hall bathroom are on this level.

The third level offers a suite with tiled shower, king bed and two additional bedrooms which share a hall bathroom. A washer and dryer available during your stay is on this level.

Leave everything at home! This house includes linens and towels. For the days spent at the beach, chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, toys and boogie boards are provided.

Narragansett is perfect to spend your entire vacation enjoying local restaurants, fresh off the boat seafood, fishing and sightseeing. It is also only a short ferry ride to block island, 30 minutes from Newport and 45 minutes to Providence.

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.

Great House and Great Location

Very airy, clean, lovely and well designed home for family gatherings, allowing both privacy and adequate common space. Particularly nice were tables that actually accommodated the number of people likely to stay in the house ( 8-10), and a kitchen that was also equipped with enough plates, glassware and cutlery as well as serving pieces, for a crowd.

Great stay!

Great house perfect for large groups. It was beautifully done with 6 nice bedrooms and plenty of group space in the kitchen. The view was amazing- we'd like to come back in the summer to really enjoy the proximity to the beach! We would definitely stay here again

Terrific week at the Sandpiper

My family and I had a terrific week at the Sandpiper. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. The outdoor shower was great after a long day at the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, carts, toys, etc. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great beach house for a week.

Wonderful property---highly recommend!

This is a beautiful new home in a great location just a few blocks from the beach. Everything was just as described and the home easily handled our family reunion of 16 who stayed there for the weekend. Robin was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful along the way. If you're looking for a large rental in Narragansett I'd highly recommend this property.

House was very clean and well equipped

Large dining table and open floor plan made it conducive to spending quality time with a big group (particularly in rainy weather). While rain prevented us from spending time at the beach, this was a great location just a short walk from the Scarborough. Would recommend and definitely rent again.

Celebrating Our 60th

Despite the horrible rainy weather, we made the best of our stay and had a ball. We loved that the house was nearly fully supplied with everything you could think of. The beds were so comfortable and the beachy home decor was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all of us, so if some of us wanted to retire early, we weren't disturbed by the others on the main level. The beach, stores, and restaurants were all close by so that was very convenient.

Family Fun

What a wonderful house for a family or big group gathering. Many spacious rooms, a big kitchen and a nice big dining table for family dinners. The kithcen was fully stocked right down to the oyster knife for the Point Judith Oysters that we bought. The walk to the beach was short and easy and provided were beach chairs, umbrellas, a cart, cooler and toys galore. It was so great for our special family gathering. Highly recommended!

Really nice getaway

This house is like new, lots of natural light, well-appointed with everything you need on a trip. It’s a 5 min walk to Scarboro Beach and you can see the ocean from many of the windows. We were there families of four and our teenaged kids loved the clubhouse feel of the downstairs while we adults enjoyed our rooms on the upper level and lounging on one of several deck areas. There’s a long driveway but not much grassy outdoor space, which was fine with us. Highly recommended!

Family Vacation at The Sandpiper

What an awesome property and week we had. Six adults and three children had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy. The house is spectacular. Everything about it was wonderful - from the spacious and well appointed kitchen to each of the roomy bedrooms. I especially enjoyed the master bedroom with private bath. Robin was so helpful and accommodating with our request for a pack and play and a high chair. I have already signed up and placed a deposit for next year and hopefully we will return for many years to come. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy RI beaches.

Our group 12 ladies had a blast at house! It was beautifully decorated with a fresh and light beach house feel, anything and everything you need can quickly Be found and if you do have a question Robin was very helpful! The neighborhood was very friendly and didn’t seemed to mind our music or laughing til the wee hours. You can see the ocean from part of the house and the 3rd floor master has a beautiful view of the neighborhood and ocean! Terrific for our group, everyone had tons of space and storage! We made use of the neatly organized beach chairs , carts and cooler for our quick 5 min walk to the beach! Everyone said they’d love to come back to this awesome house!

Great property, but leave it as pristine as you found it!

This is a fabulous property, perfectly clean, well-appointed, spacious, a short walk to the beautiful beach, etc. Our experience was spoiled by having 50% of our security deposit withheld for "extra" cleaning and being accused of showing lack of respect for the property. When we asked why $250 had been withheld from our security deposit, we were provided with a list of transgressions, which included child fingerprints on door jams, using too much toilet paper, leaving a string decoration on a blind, failure to clean the interior of the microwave, not washing out the utensil trays, not stacking things in the closet exactly as we found them, and not hosing off the sand toys (yes, this was our fault--we got caught in a sudden storm at the beach on our last day and forgot to retrieve the toys from under the deck to wash them down after the storm had passed). The worst part was not the loss of our deposit, but being accused, in writing, of blatant disrespect for the home. This hurt because our intergenerational family group of 12 people tried very hard to take good care of everything. Six adults judged the house to be in good shape upon our departure. We ended up feeling misjudged and mistreated.

From check-in to check-out the stay was excellent. Perfect for my extended family vacation. The house was clean, beds were great, and location was ideal. No complaints whatsoever.
