Very spacious and looks as pretty as the pictures! Kitchen utensils and plates are pretty and like new. Upstairs bedrooms have double paned windows which kept things pretty quiet. The management company was really easy to work with. Would stay again!

Loved this house!

We booked this last minute to enjoy the end of our vacation. It was a great size for two big families with young kids. Beds were comfortable and I loved that they were all upstairs. Floors were a bit sandy but still a 5* for cleanliness from me - it's a beach house, not a hotel! A little sand never hurt anybody :D Well stocked and we loved the location. Not a far walk from the beach but right in the middle of shops/restaurants. We hope to come back again soon!

The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots, silverware. Nothing was missing for us to make a traditional family thanksgiving meal for a large group. Plenty of towels. Everything clean. Walkable to the beach, grocery and restaurants and bars. Only constructive criticism is to start updating the mattresses. We would highly recommend this property.

House was dirtier than we had hoped. Appliances and other "things" were outdated and/or not functional. Construction was difficult to deal with as well. Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Clubhouse home is amazing. Perfect for our large, and growing, family. It was super well stocked with everything we needed. I packed some pans and baking dishes and spices, definitely didn’t need to. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more. Some rentals barely have enough plates for the number the home sleeps but this house has extras of everything. The location was perfect, once we parked we only used our car once. The beach isn’t super close but even our two year old granddaughters were able to ride their bikes to the beach. The only negative was that the floors were quite dusty but I believe that had to do with the construction going on next door. We would enjoy a fire pit out on the patio, there is plenty of room even with the large table, chairs and bbq.We will be back.

Great Beach House for our family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family. We loved the large great room area downstairs for gathering, eating and playing games. The kitchen was loaded with supplies and spices. The front porch had lots of seating area and we liked that it was fenced in so our little granddaughter with Downs could play without worry. The garage had lots of toys for the beach. We loved the wagon! The bedrooms all had cute, clean bedding. Plenty of clean towels. The balcony could be accessed from 2 bedrooms and was very nice. Zabrina was great to work with and when we discovered the lights on the patio weren't working she had an electrician come and fix them. We did have quite a problem with ants being all over the house. We understand how difficult these little buggers can be so we did not let it bother us. But hopefully you can get this cleared up because someone else might not be so understanding. We did have an incident with vandalism one night. Someone was knocking out street lights and one on our patio was knocked out. My son did find drug needles in the alley, so we kept careful tabs on our kids. One neighbor asked if we were airbnb and I said yes because i forgot we had booked direct. He said "Just so ya know, we hate airbnb!" He was a jerk but we laughed about it. Everyone else was very friendly.

Reviewer Comments: With 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, family room, and outdoor seating area for family meals, this place easily handled our adult family of 6. We were in the area for a family wedding, and this vacation rental was a great experience vs renting 4 hotel rooms to accommodate our family traveling from 3 different states - and allowed us to make breakfast every morning before heading out for the day. We used the grill one evening and entertained other family members who were jealous vs the hotels they were staying at. Proximity to grocery store, restaurants and beach was great. While it didn't affect our stay, recommend the owners install air conditioning.

We were disappointed to find out that the fireplace was for owner use only. Would have been nice to use the fireplace and a nice addition would be a heating element on the patio for colder months. The washing machine didn’t work very well and left Tide pod residue on our clothes. The house is in a great location and is a 3 minute walk to the grocery store and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach in the area is nice and close to the pier and many places to eat. The house is updated and patio space is nice. The neighborhood is a little noisy (house is off a busy road behind a gas station) but it didn’t affect our stay. Just might not be the best if you are looking for something quiet. Overall a great place!

Family Fun at the beach!

I have 5 grandkids under the age of 5, so location was important everything within walking distance . There were two great parks close by and the boardwalk and the BEACH! Our house had lots of sand toys, chairs, blankets and the best item a beach wagon with big wheels to pull the kids along. There were even bikes. The house was big and open with 4 berms and two baths. The sun on the patio and bbq area was so pleasant for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the sun in the afternoon.

Construction Zone 2021- plan accordingly

VBRO listing disclosed construction hours on the last line; I take responsibility for not inquiring further. Construction next door, three feet away, was the catalyst for the single star review for our December 2020 stay. Sawdust rained on our attempted BBQ on the spacious and perfectly designed patio. Go into the purchase knowing weekdays everyone will be awake at 7 am and the vibration of power tools continues to 5 pm. Plan your weekdays OUT. Our family of seven sought an isolation vacation, this was a great house in amazing location. Four comfortable rooms with wide open space downstairs. The entire family snuggled in front of movies at night. We utilized the three bikes as well as walks to beach, piers, Balboa Island, Pavilions, sunsets and toured the canal homes. Never had to drive. Garage fits two cars.

Family friendly

The 4 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 rooms sharing the upstairs patio. This property has clearly been updated you have all of the conveniences you are accustomed to - ie refrigerator, washer and dryer etc. This house is located in an area close to restaurants and the garage makes a huge difference- so convenient. The owners provided some beach supplies (the amazing beach is within walking distance- about 5 minutes) which saved us from renting. We spent a lot of time on the front patio because it was so relaxing. I felt very "at home" at this property.There was an issue while we were there, and the staff was very helpful. Staff members were easy to contact and work very hard to ensure that you to have a great vacation.
