The Maravilla community is getting a fresh upgrade!
Improvements are underway through May 17, including a brand-new beach ramp, updated walkways, and fresh exterior paint. Painting at our building is already complete.

Just installed---our new ramp makes beach access easier for families with kids, beach carts, or anyone avoiding stairs. Not ADA compliant, but a big help for many!

Golf cart rentals are now allowed in the community, and bikes are available on property to rent.
