Winter getaway

We loved the property! Our condo was very cozy and comfortable. We wished there were more throw blankets to snuggle up with, some of the bedding that was stored in the closet had mildew on it, so we didn't end up using the extra bedding. Besides that, we loved our stay!

Great family vacation spot!

Clean and has all the essentials. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. There is an on site restaraunt with a limited menu, but we didnt use it. The one thing it lacked was an on site Cafe for coffee. Bring your own coffee grinds and brew a pot, or drive 10 minutes into town. Lots to do in just a 20 minute drive. The amenities of the resort kept us busy, the kids pool which was 2 ft deep with a fountain spray was a plus. And a big grassy area and walking trails around the property were great for our dog. Definitely will be booking here again!

THE POL WAS NOT NICE OVER CROWDED

We were very disappointed that the pool was under constriction . So we had to share small pool with 200 people was not very nice was all.

Great condo

Nicely updated condo just a few hundred steps from the pool and hot tub. Lovely nature trails and dog friendly! King sized bed was comfy and a standard pull out sofa bed available. Patio included an electric barbecue. Beware if you have mobility issues because this unit is on the top floor and three flights up. Maybe not best suited for the very old or very young. My 79-year-old mom managed it well and it was a nice little work out to burn off the vacation calories!

This condo is old, and poorly equipped. There are no cupboards to put food in, only 1 dinner fork, old sheets, towels, and bedding. The windows were dirty and the place looked overall aged. Air conditioning worked well, plenty of hot water, and quiet.

Great location for winter recreation

The property: This property is about 15 minutes from Bachelor and about the same distance into town. It has a skating rink on the premises with easy access. I believe it costs about $15 per person for two hours of skating. The Unit: It was clean and exactly what we expected from looking at the pictures. It was quiet and the furniture and bed was comfortable. It is on the third floor and there is no elevator. There is a washer and dryer nearby in the building and it didn't cost anything to use. Property management: Our contact person was Bobbi she was friendly and helpful and was easily reached and quick to respond. Would stay here again

Good condo

The condo was very clean and had a comfortable bed. The kitchen could be better-equipped, such as having measuring cups. Note that the view from this building (Building 21) is of a grass field and evergreen tree, rather than the view of the woods that most of the buildings have. Seventh Mountain Resort's shared amenities, such as pool, mini-golf course, etc., are in desperate need of maintenance. One of the hot tubs was down for maintenance, and both pools were cloudy and had scum on the tiles. We contacted the front office about refilling the shallower pool, which was green from algae and so cloudy you could not see a child at the bottom.

Great place to stay!

This was our first trip to Bend, OR and it won’t be our last! This property was very clean and we totally enjoyed our stay! The location had a lot of extra amenities and was close to town.

Beautiful Bend

Our family has been staying at seventh mountain for 25 years. We have stayed in many different units there and this one is very nicely updated. The pools were open! The property has so much to offer with all of the amenities. Other than a few extra pool towels would have been nice, it was fabulous. Can't speak to cooking as we found too many good places to eat out. We'll stay again.

We had a great time! The condo was clean and had all what we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The pullout coach wasn't the comfiest, but it did its purpose. We had a positive experience with the condo itself. The resort is nice and has great amenities. We knew the pool and hot tub were closed due to covid which was fine. The only negative thing I would say is the condo below was having work done/remodel construction and they started about 7am on a Saturday. It wasn't too fun to be woken up by loud banging, but it didn't ruin our stay.

Nice place in an excellent location

This condo is perfectly located for access to Mt. Bachelor. We loved its third floor location, eliminating any upper floor noise. It's a great layout for a family of three. Given the sofa bed and the fact that we have two teenage kids, it worked better for us to bring a blow up bed for one of our kids. The kitchen is functional for small meals, nothing too complicated. The resort is great. Because of COVID, the jacuzzis were closed, but we look forward to using them in future trips. The shower area could've been a bit cleaner, but it was still a great stay.

The apartment is well appointed and is a fantastic launching pad to explore Bend and Mt. Bachelor. The master bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean and large enough for all. The kitchen is small and doesn't have an oven but it works for a small family and/or short stay. It's fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee filters, and utensils. The sleeper sofa is convenient but I found it very uncomfortable. It was probably decent at one time but its worn down to the point in which its concave in the center and you can feel every support bar. Probably okay for a child but I wouldn't recommend it for adults. The cleanliness of the apartment was mixed. The counters and furniture were clean but the carpets were disgustingly dirty. I almost gagged when I saw finger nail clippings and dog hair all over the carpet in the living room. I got a hold of the manager and she was very nice and apologetic and had the carpets vacuumed that evening. I don't hold the manager or Evolve responsible. The dirty carpets were likely due to an incompetent cleaning crew. I would recommend this apartment to a couple or a small family.

Solo getaway

Had a lovely stay. The unit was clean and just as described. The area is beautiful with easy access to town and necessities. It was quiet and I had all that I needed. I didn't need to communicate with management other than for the check-in process so I cannot comment on that. Would stay again.

Horrible

Most of the amenities listed were closed upon arrival. Very disappointed to learn that the pool was closed when it’s one of the main selling points of the listing. When we tried to contact the 2 people listed for the property contacts we never received a call back. No help from anyone, including Evolve, the company that handles the condo rentals. We were told the pools had been closed for some time so plenty of time to update the listing to reflect that. We understand it’s closed due to COVID, but the listing should either have a disclaimer stating to double check amenities or change it to reflect all of the closures. The amount charged per night is worth it with the amenities, but definitely way overpriced without. Closed amenities: 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, horseback riding, basketball courts, and fitness center.

we just enjoyed this beautiful place even tho we wish the pool would have been opened

We were sad we could not use the pool. But this is a beautiful place . MT Bachelor resort had there pool open this weekend. We were sad the pool was no opened here.

Nice place for vacation time in Bend!

Quiet, functional, good energy, floor plan, nice surroundings. The microwave didn't work but we didn't want to use it anyways.

Great location. Great venue.

We love the Bend area and typically stay in other properties. We loved our condo and the access to all that Seventh Mountain has to offer. Recommendation.....keep the doors closed. The tiny bugs can get in by the hundreds. They'll drive you crazy.

Seventh mountain unit

We were Quite disappointed the fireplace did not work. The view from the deck looked out on big grassy field, not woods and mountains as expected. Location was ok - could bike from property and drive to Mt Bachelor .

Not the best place I've stayed, but not the worst place I've stayed.

Location was great relative to the pool. View from deck was very nice - not looking at the parking lot. But.....the bed was uncomfortable and lumpy, they need a new mattress! The bathroom could use a bit of updating.
