Cute, Clean close to fair grounds

Cute place with great amenities. We aren't there much but love that we can do laundry and get a good night sleep in a quiet neighborhood.

Great Place

Amazing trip

Softball tournament

Perfect location!

Great Property Close to KSF!!

We stayed here while in town for our kids to show livestock. Property is close to the fairgrounds, in a nice neighborhood and very clean and cute!! It was a great place to rest and cool down for a few hours in the hot Kansas weather!! He communication with the owner prior to check in and they were very prompt in their response!! Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect for State Fair!

We stayed at this adorable bungalow during the State Fair, the perfect amount of space for our family of 3. It's a close, easy drive, and not a bad walk (the livestock barns are on the opposite side of the fairgrounds). My teen daughter loved the coffee bar! Had everything we needed and was even able to wash dirty show clothes while there. Hotels in Hutch are impossible to book during this weekend, so we hope this place is available again next year!

Class Reunion

My wife and I were in town for my class ruining and stayed one night. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. I liked having a garage to park in and communication with owners was great. We would stay here again.

Hutch at Thanksgiving

We stayed here during our Thanksgiving with family. The location is great! I loved running through Hyde Park and down Main each morning. The house itself has everything one needs and nice little touches to make you feel at home. We look forward to staying here again next time we visit our families.

Weekend stay

House was centrally located to where we had to be all weekend. House was clean and updated. Only problem we had was the door lock battery died and we panicked because it was 1130. But owners responded fast and it was all avoided. Great place would stay again next time in town
