Stunning brand new beach home in the Church Street Station development in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Three bedroom, two and a half bath single family home with upscale furnishings. Back deck facing community pool with a gas grill for your use. Tastefully furnished with a generous sized living/dining/kitchen area with dining room table that seats six and kitchen island that seats three. Coffee station, stainless appliances, and all the kitchen essentials you'll need, right down to a lobster pot to create those vacation seafood feasts. 65" smart tv for streaming your favorite programs. Load your own netflix, prime or other favorites. Half bath on first floor near living/kitchen. First floor master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, second floor master with king bed and queen sofa bed, and third bedroom perfect for the kids with three full sized beds for your teens. Full bath with tub/shower on second floor. Bringing your bikes with you? Plenty of room in the basement to store them out of the elements. Several restaurants are very close by and Fielder's Choice Ice Cream is a five minute walk. The trolley stops right out front so you can leave your car at the house and go to the beach without having to pay expensive parking fees. If you decide to take your car, we're only 1.1 miles from the downtown area.

Great fully equipped house in adorable little development.

The house is new and has everything you could want. It’s a great location if you want to do day trips to Kennebunkport, Ogonquit, Portland, etc. Beautiful beaches around. Lots to do and nice to come home to a perfect house.

Exceptional experience

The accommodations, house and management was impeccable and concentrated on client satisfaction. The options for pool and beach access was perfect. I can’t say enough about this experience. In short a complete winner for a vacation!

Excellent!

This was the perfect place for our group of seven. The house was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Location was very convenient, with the trolley stop right around the corner that took you to the beach area. Also within walking distance to a great ice cream shop, we walked over there regularly. Very quiet neighborhood and lovely house, very warm and inviting. We will definitely stay there again!

Great spot for family vacation!

Loved the property for our family vacation! The proximity to many kid-friendly activities was great. We had three kids with us ages 2-8 and the parks at the nearby school were awesome for all ages. Short walk to the ice cream shoppe and fire station for my son who loves fire trucks and ambulances. 5 min drive to the beach and super accessible to the trolley. House was very clean, the beds were surprisingly comfortable :) All in all an awesome family vacation week!

Fantastic place in Old Orchard Beach!

I stayed with my husband, children (9 &12), and elderly parents. This house had the perfect layout for all of us. It is close to the trolley, and an easy drive to the beach. The house was clean and well-appointed with furnishings. We also enjoyed using the pool and found other guests at the pool and staying within this development to be wonderful also.

My family & I (6 adults, 4 yr old grand daughter & 7 month old grand son) had a great time. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped with what you need. The pool was a great addition to enjoy after a day at the beach. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and a short drive to the beach. We all had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

Great spot

We stayed for a week (family of 7). Great location - close enough to attractions to be convenient but far enough to avoid crowds and noise. House was clean and well-decorated, and well-equipped with all of the essentials. The heated pool was a definite plus. The kids loved hitting the pool in the afternoons after a day at the beach. There was plenty of room in this house for our relatively large group. Overall a great house in a great location.

All around Excellent!!

Our stay couldn’t have been better. Between the house being so warm and welcoming to the location it was amazing. House was super clean and all necessities provided. Location is very convenient short distance to The Pier, Downtown OOB, only 7mins from Funtown/Splashtown and you can walk across street to Jumpin Jake’s, or drive 2mins to Jimmy The Greek’s, hang out at the heated pool. We had a great time and look forward to renting again. Highly recommend for all ages.

Fantastic Experience

This property was awesome!! Perfect for our family of 5 adults and 3 kids under 6. House is in a nice little community with friendly neighbors. Had a pool for the kids to enjoy, which was great. The location was right across the street from the trolley stop which made it perfect to go to the pier for festivities and fun. Kathy was a great host, answered all questions and made herself available for check in. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed and more. We would rent this again 10 times out of 10!!
